仓储管理货位分配策略及应用研究
[Abstract]:Warehousing plays a very important role in logistics and supply chain, and plays an important role in manufacturing enterprises, third-party logistics enterprises and production and distribution centers. In the human work warehouse system, order picking is the most labor-consuming activity, while in the automated warehouse, it is the most resource-consuming operation. In order to reduce the picking cost to the lowest, it is necessary to grade the goods or goods in the warehouse. Based on the research center of the Internet of Things of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, this paper studies the storage environment of the research center of the Internet of Things, which is suitable for the center's warehouse allocation strategy, and realizes the informationization and digitization of the warehouse management system. Two aspects of order picking are studied. The allocation of warehouse management system is concerned with the following issues: (1) The allocation principle based on product frequency is mainly considered in the allocation of product storage space. The concept of degree. The traditional optimization of location allocation only aims at the optimization of outbound location allocation, but there are few studies on inbound location allocation optimization. (2) When product outbound location allocation is searched by the results of inbound location allocation, the product is sorted by channel access strategy based on degree of deviation. The traditional location allocation does not combine the inbound location allocation with the outbound location allocation. This paper mainly studies the optimization of location allocation after the combination of outbound location and inbound location. Operational efficiency and the cost of the whole warehouse also affect the control and management of the products in the warehouse. Reasonable location allocation strategy can not only facilitate the warehouse operators to manage the inventory, but also improve the operational efficiency of the warehouse and save the cost of the enterprise. Single picking strategy ensures the shortest picking distance, reduces forklift walking distance, improves the efficiency of warehouse picking, and reduces the cost of warehouse picking.
