物流园区的商业模式与发展趋势——以聊城盖氏邦晔为例

【摘要】：物流园区作为联系产业链上下游的纽带,是各项物流活动开展的重要载体。然而,物流园区的发展是我国现代物流业发展的一个瓶颈,在互联网日益普及化的今天,我国物流的商业模式快速裂变,物流园区也迎来新一轮的整合变革时机。如何发展物流园区,是各方都在讨论的问题,更是备受园区经营者关注的问题。在互联网冲击现代物流业的时期,物流园区是坚持传统方式的赚钱还是转变思想观念,重新整合资源、线上信息共享以及如何进行互联网化都成为研究的重点与方向。
[Abstract]:As a link between upstream and downstream of industrial chain, logistics park is an important carrier of logistics activities. However, the development of logistics park is a bottleneck of the development of modern logistics industry in China. With the increasing popularity of the Internet, the business model of logistics in our country is rapidly fission, and the logistics park is also ushered in a new round of integration and transformation opportunity. How to develop logistics park is a problem discussed by all parties, and it is also concerned by park operators. In the period when the Internet is impacting the modern logistics industry, the emphasis and direction of the research are whether the logistics park should insist on the traditional way of making money or change the idea, reintegrate the resources, share the information online and how to carry on the Internet.
