A企业物流运输成本控制及优化研究

【摘要】：随着我国经济全球化的飞速发展,人们的日常生活已经离不开了物流这一运输工具。人口众多的中国,当然所需的物流数量也是非常巨大的,其数量增长十分迅猛,这样大的一个基数必然导致企业之间面临巨大的竞争。不仅仅是我国自己的物流行业,外国朋友们看到我们中国的巨大市场,也纷纷转向我们,这样就导致我国的物流面临着越来越大的压力与挑战。目前无论是什么的成本都在增高,更何况是物流行业呢?这样的高的成本就可能在盈利不够的情况下导致大量的亏损,因此现在急需解决的问题就是如何控制成本,可是解决成本的问题并不是说解决就能解决的,这个中间牵扯的很多的环节是不可避免的。如果一个物流企业能够降低运输成本,这就是从源头上减少了物流的成本,从而提高了经济效益,有了明显的经济效益就是增加了自身的竞争力,这样的一系列的运行下去,为了取得更好的效益就是可以提高自己物流的速度和效率来增加自己的竞争力。归根结底就是要在减少物流运行成本的基础上,还要有更快的运行效率,以促进物流的快速发展,这也是目前研究的重点。本文就物流的运输成本进行了相关的研究,也对物流的运输成本、控制及内容,同时对A企业物流运输的运行现状进行了分析,以此为物流企业相关的优化方案进行改善。从不同角度和条件下构建了A企业物流运输成本优化方案,并提出了相应的保障措施,最后对全文进行了总结及展望。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization in China, people's daily life has been inseparable from logistics as a means of transportation. China with a large population, of course, the amount of logistics is also very large, its quantity growth is very rapid, such a large base inevitably lead to huge competition between enterprises. Not only our own logistics industry, foreign friends see our huge market in China, but also turn to us, so that the logistics of our country is facing increasing pressure and challenges. At present, whatever the costs are rising, let alone the logistics industry? Such a high cost may lead to a lot of losses if the profit is not enough, so the problem that needs to be solved now is how to control the cost, but the problem of solving the cost does not mean that it can be solved. Many of the links involved are inevitable. If a logistics enterprise is able to reduce transportation costs, this is to reduce the cost of logistics at the source, thus increasing economic benefits. Having obvious economic benefits means increasing its own competitiveness. Such a series of operations will continue. In order to obtain better benefit, we can improve the speed and efficiency of our logistics to increase our competitiveness. In the final analysis, it is necessary to reduce the cost of logistics operation, but also to have faster operational efficiency to promote the rapid development of logistics, which is also the focus of current research. This paper has carried on the related research to the logistics transportation cost, also has carried on the analysis to the logistics transportation cost, the control and the content, at the same time has carried on the analysis to the A enterprise logistics transportation movement present situation, in order to carry on the improvement for the logistics enterprise related optimization plan. The optimization scheme of logistics transportation cost of enterprise A is constructed from different angles and conditions, and the corresponding safeguard measures are put forward. Finally, the paper summarizes and looks forward to the full text.
