基于Flexsim的凤凰图书物流公司零拣作业仿真优化研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, the competition in the book industry is becoming more and more fierce. To realize the modernization of the book logistics system has become an important way to reduce the operating cost and improve the competitiveness of every book logistics enterprise. It has become an effective means for many logistics enterprises to improve the efficiency of logistics system by analyzing the bottleneck of logistics system and putting forward targeted solutions. Based on the simulation software of Flexsim, this paper studies the optimization problem of zero sorting in Phoenix Book Logistics system, in order to help enterprises find the method and train of thought to improve the efficiency of zero sorting. In this paper, the bottleneck of Phoenix Book Logistics system is analyzed, and an alternative optimization scheme is put forward, and the optimal scheme is obtained by comparing the operation results with the modeling and simulation of the optimization scheme by using Flexsim simulation software. In particular, aiming at the present situation and reasons of the low efficiency of zero sorting, the optimization scheme is put forward, and the existing mode and the optimization scheme are modeled and simulated by using Flexsim software. The running results of the model verify the effectiveness of the optimized scheme "Electronic label assisted Shelf", and the efficiency is increased to 52%. Then, using Flexsim to model and simulate the number of pickers and the layout of the shelf plane of the optimized scheme. According to the results of the model, the optimal number of pickers and shelf layout are determined. Finally, according to the five kinds of loading strategies formed by different picking rules, under different order conditions, simulation analysis based on Flexsim software is carried out, and the optimal loading strategy under different order conditions is obtained.
