贵州刘氏物流有限公司车辆管理系统的研究与分析

【摘要】：目前,贵州刘氏物流有限公司车辆管理工作存在的问题很多,车辆派遣审批、车辆基础信息、车辆运行状态等记录还主要以人工登记为主,效率较低,信息不完整,不规范在此背景下开发贵州刘氏物流有限公司车辆管理系统。论文介绍了贵州刘氏物流有限公司车辆管理系统的研究背景、项目意义和目前的研究与应用现状,明确了论文研究的内容和主要工作；在业务分析中,论文对系统存在的问题、组织机构、原有业务流程等进行了分析,给出了改造后的业务流程；在功能分析中,论文通过用例分析和用例描述,明确了系统的功能,给出了系统的总体功能包图和子功能包图,包括车辆与人员登记、费用管理、车辆使用管理、车辆调度管理、配件管理、基础数据管理、系统管理等子包图；在数据分析中,论文对系统各功能的所需要处理的数据进行了分析,给出了实体类关系图,建立了数据库表结构；论文最后对所做的研究与分析工作进行了总结,并对进一步的工作进行了展望。
[Abstract]:At present, there are many problems in the vehicle management work of Guizhou Liu's Logistics Co., Ltd. The records of vehicle dispatch examination and approval, vehicle basic information and vehicle running state are mainly recorded by manual registration. The efficiency is low and the information is incomplete. Development of Guizhou Liu Logistics Co., Ltd. Vehicle management system under this background. This paper introduces the research background, project significance and current research and application status of the vehicle management system of Guizhou Liu's Logistics Co., Ltd., clarifies the content and main work of the thesis, and analyzes the problems existing in the system in the business analysis. The organization, the original business process and so on are analyzed, and the revamped business process is given. In the function analysis, the function of the system is defined by use case analysis and use case description. The general function package diagram and sub-function package diagram of the system are given, including vehicle and personnel registration, cost management, vehicle usage management, vehicle scheduling management, accessories management, basic data management, system management and so on. This paper analyzes the data needed to deal with each function of the system, gives the entity class diagram, establishes the database table structure, and summarizes the research and analysis work done at the end of the paper. The future work is prospected.
