QSY公司仓储配送管理研究

【摘要】:QSY公司是中国最大的内燃机车研发制造和维修基地,除国内市场外,公司多种新型机车出口世界20多个国家和地区,近几年来,公司正逐步向电力机车和城轨领域转型发展。目前公司生产极不均衡,机车产品具有批量少品种多的特点,出口机车的配件供应越来越多,公司所面临的形势对仓储配送提出了更高的要求,所以建立完善的仓储配送管理体系,推进仓储配送精益化之路是公司当前的迫切需求。本文以QSY公司仓储配送为研究对象,针对QSY公司仓储配送现状及业务流程进行了阐述,发现仓储配送存在信息化水平滞后和工位精益化进程受阻两个方面的问题点,通过运用物流信息化、物流精益化和仓储配送等相关理论方法对QSY公司仓储配送存在的两方面问题点进行分析研究,发现信息化水平滞后产生的主要原因是先进的软件系统开发应用支持不足,工位精益化进程受阻的主要原因是软硬件基础设施较差、生产不均衡及体制观念难以改变等,继而为找出有效对策奠定基础。通过对QSY公司仓储配送存在的问题及原因进行分析,运用精益思想,提出通过建立ERP系统和条码信息管理系统相结合、推进工位精益化建设及加强保障体系建设等方面的对策,提出QSY公司仓储配送精益化管理推进工作的优化思路和措施,从而提高QSY公司的企业竞争力,探索出符合QSY公司特色的仓储配送精益化之路,为同类企业的发展提供借鉴和帮助发挥作用。
[Abstract]:QSY is the largest diesel locomotive R & D and maintenance base in China. In addition to the domestic market, many new types of locomotives are exported to more than 20 countries and regions in the world. In recent years, the company is gradually transforming to electric locomotives and urban rail fields. At present, the company's production is extremely uneven, the locomotive products have the characteristics of a small number of varieties and many kinds, and more spare parts are supplied to export locomotives. The situation facing the company puts forward higher requirements for warehousing and distribution. Therefore, it is urgent for the company to establish a perfect warehouse distribution management system and promote the lean way of warehousing distribution. This paper takes warehousing and distribution of QSY Company as the research object, expounds the present situation and business process of warehousing and distribution of QSY Company, and finds that there are two problems in warehousing distribution: lag of information level and hindrance of lean process of work station. Through the use of logistics information, logistics Lean and warehousing distribution and other related theoretical methods to QSY warehousing distribution problems in two aspects of analysis and research. It is found that the main reasons for the lag in the level of informatization are insufficient support for the development and application of advanced software systems, and the main reasons for the hindrance of the process of lean work are poor hardware and software infrastructure, uneven production and difficult to change the concept of the system, etc. Then lay the foundation for finding out the effective countermeasure. Based on the analysis of the problems and causes of warehousing and distribution in QSY Company, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the lean construction of work station and strengthen the construction of security system through establishing the combination of ERP system and barcode information management system. This paper puts forward the optimized ideas and measures to promote the lean management of warehousing and distribution in QSY Company, so as to improve the competitiveness of QSY Company, and explore the way of lean warehouse distribution in accordance with the characteristics of QSY Company. For the development of similar enterprises to provide reference and help play a role.
