面向军队医院信息安全的智能化脱网药品管理系统研发

【摘要】:近年来,随着科学技术不断进步,医院的信息化管理水平有了很大提高,但是作为中等规模医院,受业务量、场地、资金等条件限制,其药品管理自动化水平普遍偏低,药库中拣选作业主要依靠人工完成,工作效率低,准确性差;对药品效期管理能力弱,易出现滞销药品近效期或过期现象,造成浪费;生物制剂等对储存条件有特殊要求的产品只做到按要求建立存储环境,无法做到对环境的实时监测与报警;在特殊药品运输过程及户外存储阶段缺乏有效监管;药品采购计划主要依据药师经验制定,缺乏针对性。尤其是作为军队医院由于其特殊性,医院内部网络不允许以任何形式与外部网络互联,优盘等移动存储载体也禁止使用;承担的军事任务使得特殊药品经常需要转运并存放在户外环境中。针对这些问题,本文设计了面向军队医院信息安全需求的智能化药品管理系统,建立了信息传递机制,规范了医院与药品供应商的信息交换格式,通过引入二维码作为信息交换媒介解决了无法与外界交换数据的问题;建立了数字化拣选库房,从药品入库、存储摆放到药品出库,实现数字化管理,通过电子标签指示牌来完成药品的智能化拣选;建立了药品流转与库存管理模块,与医院现有管理系统进行对接,通过建立药品销量预测分析模型,对库存药品可销天数进行预测,并优化药品采购计划,对滞销药品进行分析,及时发现近效期药品,实现对药品的精细化管理。建立了环境参数监测与冷链管理模块,通过建立基于ZigBee协议的无线传感器网络来完成药品存储环境的环境参数监测及药品物流过程中的冷链管理,当温湿度超过警戒值时系统自动报警,避免药品因为不当存储导致的失效,确保药品存储和用药安全。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous progress of science and technology, the level of hospital information management has been greatly improved, but as a medium-sized hospital, due to the business volume, site, funds and other conditions, the level of drug management automation is generally low. The picking operation in the pharmacy mainly depends on manual work, the work efficiency is low, the accuracy is poor, the management ability of the drug effect period is weak, and the phenomenon of unsalable drug near effective period or overdue is easy to occur, which results in waste. The products with special requirements for storage conditions such as biological agents can only establish the storage environment according to the requirements and can not monitor and alarm the environment in real time, and lack effective supervision during the transportation process of special drugs and the outdoor storage stage. Drug purchase plan is mainly based on pharmacist experience, lack of pertinence. Especially as a military hospital because of its particularity, the hospital internal network is not allowed to interconnect with the external network in any form, the USB disk and other mobile storage carriers are also prohibited. Military missions often require special medicines to be transported and stored outdoors. In order to solve these problems, this paper designs an intelligent drug management system to meet the information security needs of military hospitals, establishes a mechanism of information transmission, and standardizes the information exchange format between hospitals and drug suppliers. By introducing the QR code as the information exchange medium, the problem of exchanging data with the outside world is solved, and the digital picking storehouse is set up, the medicine is stored in the storehouse, the medicine is stored and put out of the storehouse, and the digital management is realized. Through the electronic label indicator to complete the intelligent drug selection, established the drug circulation and inventory management module, and the existing hospital management system for docking, through the establishment of drug sales forecasting analysis model, This paper predicts the days of marketable drugs in stock, optimizes the purchase plan of drugs, analyzes the unsalable drugs, finds the drugs in the near effect period in time, and realizes the meticulous management of the drugs. The module of environmental parameter monitoring and cold chain management is established. By establishing wireless sensor network based on ZigBee protocol, the environmental parameter monitoring of drug storage environment and the cold chain management in drug logistics process are accomplished. When the temperature and humidity exceed the warning value, the system automatically alarm, avoid the failure caused by improper storage of drugs, and ensure the safety of drug storage and medication.
