船舶建造物资追溯实体单元信息模型及追溯管理系统

【摘要】:为了解决船舶建造物流中物资信息追溯不便的问题,引用追溯实体单元的概念,设计了适于船舶制造物资管理的追溯实体单元。根据物资在生产过程中的各项信息,将其分为物资属性信息和物资关联信息两类,并分别进行对应追溯实体单元数据格式的设计;分析了生产物资的属性信息和关联信息,使其转化为物资追溯实体单元的属性—关联信息矩阵,得到追溯实体单元的分析模型。以多智能体系统为基准框架,结合追溯实体单元模型及无线射频识别信息标签,设计开发了船舶项目物资追溯实体单元管理的数字化系统,验证了所得研究成果的实用性与可行性。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of inconvenient traceability of material information in shipbuilding logistics, a traceability entity unit suitable for shipbuilding material management is designed by referring to the concept of traceability entity unit. According to the material information in the process of production, it is divided into two categories: material attribute information and material association information, and the data format of corresponding traceability entity unit is designed respectively. In this paper, the attribute information and the associated information of the production materials are analyzed, which are transformed into the attribute-association information matrix of the material traceability entity unit, and the analysis model of the traceability entity unit is obtained. Taking the multi-agent system as the frame of reference, combining the traceability entity unit model and radio frequency identification information label, a digital management system of the ship project material traceability entity unit is designed and developed. The practicability and feasibility of the research results are verified.
