新形势下现代企业物流管理工作创新探讨

【摘要】：物流管理作为企业生产经营过程中的重要环节,其是企业现代化建设和科学调控的必备条件。伴随着社会信息化发展步伐的不断加快,物流在给企业带来便捷的同时,也开始呈现出新的内容和特征。面临着新的机遇和挑战,如何进行物流管理模式的改革创新,将是有关工作者亟需解决的重要课题。基于此,文章就企业物流管理工作中存在的主要问题出发,并以此为基础,提出几点创新策略,以供参考。
[Abstract]:Logistics management, as an important link in the process of enterprise production and management, is the necessary condition for enterprise modernization construction and scientific regulation and control. With the rapid development of social informatization, logistics brings convenience to enterprises, but also presents new content and characteristics. Facing new opportunities and challenges, how to reform and innovate the logistics management mode will be an important task for the workers concerned. Based on this, the paper points out the main problems existing in the enterprise logistics management, and puts forward some innovative strategies for reference.
