LY联合收割机装配线平衡改善研究
[Abstract]:"made in China 2025" strategy, the agricultural machinery and equipment industry ushered in a good policy. As a large agricultural country, the widespread application of agricultural machinery and equipment is an important guarantee for agricultural development. LY Company is a new manufacturing enterprise of agricultural machinery and equipment, and its product combine is widely used and stable in quality. However, with the development of the enterprise itself and the heating up of the agricultural machinery equipment market, the current production and assembly mode can no longer meet the demand of future orders, and the contradiction in the production and assembly line of the company is more prominent. The workload and working time of each work station are quite different, the idle time is longer, the production link is unreasonably connected with each other, and the overall balance rate of assembly line is low. Therefore, the improvement of production line balance is the main goal of its current development. Based on the existing theory of assembly line balance improvement and the basic methods of industrial engineering, this paper optimizes the assembly line of combine Harvester of LY Company and makes it achieve higher assembly balance rate. This paper first introduces the feasibility of industrial engineering method in improving assembly line balance, summarizes the research methods and achievements of assembly line balance improvement at home and abroad, and determines the research contents, research methods and technical framework of this paper. On this basis, the basic theory and evaluation index before and after improvement of assembly line balance are introduced. Then it introduces the program analysis method, action analysis method and job determination method which will be used in this paper, which lays a theoretical foundation for improving the balance of assembly line. The third chapter is the analysis of the current situation of LY company, studied the problems existing in the product assembly process, including the long assembly time of the thresher rack assembly, can not supply the assembly line production in time; The production rhythm of each work station is different, the idle time is too long, the working procedure arrangement is unreasonable, the material receiving and storing are unreasonable and so on. Chapter four focuses on the research and analysis of the existing problems. Firstly, the method research is combined with the job measurement technology, the operation flow is reduced, the unreasonable assembly action is simplified, and the assembly mode is improved. Secondly, the simulation optimization software proplanner is used to rearrange the work flow and merge the work stations. Finally, the material management and production logistics are optimized by making the material label card and changing the layout of the warehouse. Finally, the assembly line after the balance improvement is evaluated by using the assembly balance ratio, idle time, exponential smoothing and balance delay. The data analysis and comparison before and after the optimization of the assembly site storage layout prove the significance and achievement of this research from the above two aspects. The fifth chapter summarizes the research and puts forward some suggestions.
