基于ZigBee技术的航空弹药库综合监测系统设计
[Abstract]:Wireless communication technology is widely used in many fields because of its technical advantages. It is very difficult to achieve the goal because of the heavy workload, the huge cost and the time-consuming and labor-consuming of the system. Due to the characteristics of no wiring, low cost, time saving and labor saving, wireless network has recently become a key area of design and development all over the world. Because of the ZigBee technology standard introduced by ZigBee alliance, ZigBee technology has played a very important role in the wireless network application in many countries, and has been used more and more in various fields such as industry and agriculture monitoring, logistics transportation, national defense construction and so on. And has obtained the very good use effect. In this paper, the relative theory of WSN technology is studied, and the advantages and disadvantages of the existing chip and sensor applications are compared, thus the research and development of the integrated monitoring system of aeronautical ammunition depot based on ZigBee technology is completed. The hardware construction of the system and the design of the software interface of the upper computer system are completed. The real-time monitoring of temperature and humidity, smoke and infrared perception of human body is realized, and all kinds of environmental parameters can be controlled. Firstly, the background and significance of the research are introduced, and the research status of warehouse monitoring system in main countries is briefly introduced. Then, the standards and characteristics of ZigBee technology are described in detail, and the Zig Bee protocol and the specifications of each layer are also introduced. Ensure that the software and hardware research of the whole system is rich in knowledge accumulation. Secondly, the function and performance of the monitoring system are designed, and the different networking methods of ZigBee are analyzed. According to the characteristics of the monitoring system, a more efficient networking mode is selected, and the overall scheme of the system is put forward. Then, in the aspect of hardware design, according to the actual needs of aviation ammunition depot, the chip of single chip microcomputer, ZigBee chip, temperature and humidity sensor chip, infrared sensor chip and smoke sensor chip which are suitable for this design are selected. Taking CC2530 chip of Ti as the core of wireless communication node, the sensor module of temperature and humidity measurement, smoke and infrared detection and serial port constitute the main peripheral interface device. The hardware of the system is constructed. In the aspect of software, the control program and the monitoring interface of the integrated monitoring system of aeronautical ammunition depot are designed and completed based on VB.Net. Finally, the software and hardware are tested and analyzed. The main contents of the test include the construction of each subsystem in the hardware part of the system, the testing of ZigBee network and GSM network, and the testing of data acquisition module, alarm module and peripheral control module, etc. The results show that the system can be used to monitor and manage the ammunition depot in real time.
