生鲜食品冷链配送的LRP研究

【摘要】:冷链配送的服务水平对于生鲜食品的最终品质具有突出的影响。低效的冷链配送体系,不仅会导致高额的货损成本,还存在引发食品安全问题的风险。因此,集成和整合冷链物流资源,优化冷链物流配送体系是冷链配送中重要的研究课题。本文在食品冷链配送小批量化、频繁化,配送网络节点分布离散化的大背景下,以冷链物流企业运输网络规划为研究对象,运用集成化物流战略中的LRP思想,结合描述生鲜食品腐败变质行为的“T.T.T理论”和“阿仑尼乌斯方程”,对生鲜食品的配送体系构建和优化问题进行了深入地研究。论文的主要研究工作内容如下:⑴在分析生鲜食品及其冷链物流的流程结构及运输方式的基础上,结合“T.T.T理论”和“阿仑尼乌斯方程”对生鲜食品配送活动的特点进行了剖析,推导了生鲜食品在冷链物流环节中的品质衰减函数,分析了冷链物流的成本构成,建立了生鲜食品冷链配送的三层LRP模型;⑵基于本文LRP的特点,从目标函数和求解步骤上对其数学模型进行了分解,设计了一套由最小包络法和模拟退火算法组成的两阶段启发算法,并应用一组算例验证了该方法的可行性;⑶对S冷链物流公司鄂西北地区的配送网络规划进行了案例分析,基于配送中心与客户群体的聚类分析结果,运用matlab软件分别对各配送中心的巡回路径进行了求解与优化,并通过对比研究,论证了考虑生鲜食品变质惩罚成本对于LRP求解结果的影响。
[Abstract]:The service level of cold chain distribution has a prominent influence on the final quality of fresh food. Low efficiency cold chain delivery system will not only lead to high cost of goods damage, but also lead to the risk of food safety problems. Therefore, integrating and integrating cold chain logistics resources and optimizing cold chain logistics distribution system are important research topics in cold chain distribution. Under the background of small batch distribution, frequent distribution and discrete distribution of distribution network nodes, this paper takes the transportation network planning of cold-chain logistics enterprises as the research object and applies the LRP idea of integrated logistics strategy. Combined with "T.T theory" and "Arrhenius equation" to describe the spoilage behavior of fresh food, the construction and optimization of distribution system of fresh food were deeply studied. The main contents of this thesis are as follows: 1 on the basis of analyzing the flow structure and transportation mode of fresh food and its cold chain logistics, Combined with "T.T theory" and "Arrhenius equation", the characteristics of fresh food distribution activities were analyzed, the quality attenuation function of fresh food in cold chain logistics link was deduced, and the cost composition of cold chain logistics was analyzed. A three-layer LRP model for cold chain distribution of fresh food was established. 2 based on the characteristics of LRP in this paper, the mathematical model is decomposed from objective function and solution step, and a set of two-stage heuristic algorithm is designed, which is composed of minimum envelope method and simulated annealing algorithm. The feasibility of the method is verified by a set of examples. (3) A case study of distribution network planning of S cold chain logistics company in Northwest Hubei Province is carried out. Based on the results of cluster analysis between distribution center and customer group, the itinerant path of each distribution center is solved and optimized by using matlab software. The effect of penalty cost of fresh food deterioration on LRP solution was demonstrated by comparative study.
