烟草拔秆机拔秆切蔸装置试验研究

【摘要】:针对目前现有的烟秆拔取装置体积结构较大、功能单一、联合作业及对南方烟区地形地貌适应性不强等问题,研究设计了一种结构紧凑、操作方便、联合作业较强、适合南方烟区的烟草拔秆切蔸装置。该装置是实现南方烟草生产全程机械化的重要组成部分,对提高生产效率、降低劳动强度及成本具有重要意义。本文对南方烟区地形地貌、烟草种植农艺要求进行了研究,对成熟期的烟秆物理力学特性进行了测量与测试,得出了其平均高度、直径、质量、夹持部位平均直径、切蔸部位平均直径、烟秆夹持部位轴向拉断力与抗拉强度、烟秆夹持部位径向压溃力与抗压强度、烟秆切蔸部位弯曲力与弯曲强度及烟秆与钢的摩擦系数。提出了夹持拉拔与切割相结合的拔秆切蔸方案,并用PRO/E软件建立了虚拟样机模型,对其关键部件的结构进行了设计计算,同时建立了装置在拔秆切蔸过程中的运动学与动力学模型。本文利用ADAMS软件建立了烟秆-拔秆切蔸装置虚拟样机模型,对烟秆夹持拔取与切蔸过程进行了物流过程虚拟试验分析,得到了装置在虚拟作业过程中,烟秆夹持点位移、速度、加速度、烟秆夹持力的变化特征及圆锯切刀刀刃位移、速度、加速度、动静轨迹变化规律,得到了圆锯切刀在切蔸过程中与烟秆切割作用力的变化规律。通过前期试验验证,对拔秆切蔸装置发现的问题进行了改进。在改进的基础上进行单因素与多因素正交试验,确定了影响装置拔秆切蔸效果的各因素水平的最优组合,即双排夹持输送链速度为0.8m/s、机器前进速度为0.6m/s、夹持间隙为12mmm时,烟秆拔秆切蔸效果最佳。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of large volume structure, single function, combined operation and weak adaptability to topography and geomorphology of the existing tobacco culm extraction device, a compact structure, convenient operation and strong joint operation are studied and designed. Tobacco stalk cutting plant suitable for southern tobacco area. The device is an important part of realizing the whole process mechanization of tobacco production in southern China. It is of great significance to improve the production efficiency and reduce the labor intensity and cost. In this paper, the topographic features and agronomic requirements of tobacco planting in southern tobacco region were studied, and the physical and mechanical properties of tobacco stalk in mature stage were measured and tested. The average height, diameter, mass and mean diameter of holding position were obtained. The mean diameters of the stump, the axial tensile force and tensile strength of the tobacco stalk holding position, the radial crushing force and the compressive strength of the tobacco stalk clamping part, the bending force and the bending strength of the tobacco stalk cutting stump and the friction coefficient between the tobacco stalk and steel. The scheme of culm cutting with clamping drawing and cutting is put forward, and the virtual prototype model is established with PRO/E software, and the structure of its key components is designed and calculated. At the same time, the kinematics and dynamics model of the device in the process of culm cutting was established. In this paper, the virtual prototype model of tobacco-culm-cutting plant was established by using ADAMS software, and the virtual test of the process of culm pulling and stump cutting was carried out, and the displacement and speed of the holding point of tobacco culm in the process of virtual operation were obtained. The variation characteristics of the acceleration, the holding force of tobacco stalk and the displacement, velocity, acceleration, dynamic and static track of the cutting edge of the circular sawing cutter are obtained, and the variation law of the cutting force between the circular saw cutter and the tobacco stalk in the process of cutting the stalk is obtained. The problems found in the plant of culm cutting and stump cutting were improved through early test and verification. On the basis of the improvement, the orthogonal experiment of single factor and multi-factor was carried out, and the optimum combination of factors affecting the effect of culm cutting was determined, that is, the speed of double row gripping transport chain was 0.8m / s, the speed of machine advance was 0.6m / s, When the holding gap was 12mmm, the best cutting effect was obtained when culm was pulled out.
