中油湖北运输公司成品油配送路径研究

【摘要】:中国石油天然气运输公司湖北分公司(简称“中油湖北运输公司”)成立于2003年2月,是集成品油、天然气、航空油料和石油化工产品运输配送为一体的专业化运输物流企业。现有员工630人,车辆372台。主要从湖北省13座油库向公司所属750余座加油站和湖北省内的机场提供油品配送服务。中油湖北运输公司虽然承担了大量的成品油配送工作,但配送路径和配送量安排中存在的种种问题阻碍了企业利润增长。因此,如何对成品油配送路径和配送量进行优化,从而降低成本成为一个重要问题。论文的主要成果如下。针对中油湖北运输公司成品油配送路径和配送量安排现状进行分析,找出存在的问题。中石油湖北运输公司的配送计划安排均有人为手工操作,随意性较大,导致的问题是,油库对加油站配送量不合理造成的缺货损失成本加大;车辆调度不合理导致运输成本加大;未充分考虑堵塞和限行造成时间延误成本加大,通过对2013年的相关数据进行采集和分析表明,这些问题给企业带来了巨大的经济损失。针对中油湖北运输公司成品油配送路径存在的问题,提炼出影响运输成本和路径安排的要素,以总成本即从油库到需求点的运输成本、断油和油品不足导致的缺货成本和未按规定时间送达导致的时间延误成本之和最小为目标,建立配送路径优化模型,对中油湖北运输公司成品油配送路径进行优化,求解并给出配送路径和配送量。研究结果表明,论文建立的模型和给出的算法是有效的,优化后的配送成本大大低于未优化前的配送成本。
[Abstract]:Hubei Branch of China National Petroleum and Gas Transportation Company ("PetroChina Hubei Transportation Company") was established in February 2003. It is a specialized transportation logistics enterprise which integrates the transportation and distribution of refined oil, natural gas, aviation oil and petrochemical products. There are 630 employees and 372 vehicles. Mainly from 13 oil depots in Hubei Province to the company's 750 gas stations and airports in Hubei Province to provide oil distribution services. Although PetroChina Hubei Transportation Company undertakes a lot of finished oil distribution, the problems in distribution path and distribution volume arrangement hinder the profit growth of enterprises. Therefore, how to optimize the route and quantity of refined oil distribution to reduce the cost becomes an important problem. The main achievements of the paper are as follows. This paper analyzes the distribution route and distribution quantity of finished oil of PetroChina Hubei Transportation Company, and finds out the existing problems. The distribution plan of PetroChina Hubei Transportation Company is operated by hand, which is random. The problem is that the shortage loss cost caused by the unreasonable distribution quantity of oil depot to the gas station is increased. Unreasonable vehicle scheduling leads to the increase of transportation cost, which does not fully consider the delay cost caused by congestion and restrictions. Through the collection and analysis of the relevant data in 2013, it shows that these problems have brought huge economic losses to enterprises. In view of the problems existing in the distribution route of refined oil products of PetroChina Hubei Transportation Company, the factors that affect the transportation cost and route arrangement are refined, and the total cost is the transportation cost from the oil depot to the point of demand. The objective is to minimize the sum of the cost of shortage and the cost of delay due to the failure to deliver in accordance with the prescribed time. A distribution route optimization model is established to optimize the route of finished oil distribution of PetroChina Hubei Transportation Company. The route and quantity of distribution are solved and given. The results show that the proposed model and algorithm are effective, and the optimized distribution cost is much lower than that before optimization.
