石化企业铁路运输系统调车作业管理的优化研究

【摘要】:铁路运输在人类社会生活中占有极为重要的地位,为社会物流和商贸提供安全、迅速、准确、方便、经济的运输服务,保障了人民生活的稳定和国家经济的持续发展。在我国主要有国有铁路和企业铁路之分,其中企业铁路是全国运输系统重要的组成部分,其自备铁路承担着主要产品及原材料运输的任务。可见,一个企业运输管理系统的优良直接影响着生产效率的高低。随着近年来计算机技术和信息技术的普及,信息化、自动化已经成为企业发展的必然趋势。但是纵观石化企业的现状,不难发现其运输管理系统存在不少问题,尤其是调车计划的编制依旧沿用传统落后的人工作业方式,这样不仅耗费大量人力物力,而且工作效率低下,导致生产无法有序进行,这是目前企业急需解决的问题。鉴于该领域国内外研究情况,以及石化企业铁路运输管理系统存在的问题和陷入的困境,论文在分析企业自身特点、运输管理复杂工作流程、调车作业编制原理等内容的基础上,对调车作业管理进行优化研究,即调车作业计划的优化编制。论文首先剖析了课题的研究背景及意义,对企业铁路的技术作业、石化企业的具体运输情况等进行了详尽的介绍和分析。然后根据以上信息对调车作业计划的编制进行了优化。重点针对调车计划解编和取送这两个子系统,建立了科学详细的数学模型。解编系统数学模型包括:(1)调机最早开始解体时刻,(2)待解时间,(3)列车开始解体时刻,(4)列车开始编组时刻,(5)调机最迟开始编组时刻,(6)编组完成出发时刻,(7)待发时间。取送系统数学模型采用树枝形专用线布置形式实现,模型包括:(1)取送车次数的确定,(2)取送车时间间隔,(3)取车等待时间。最后综合得出系统整体优化模型,并选用适合优化各类问题的遗传算法对该模型进行了仿真和优化。在以往企业铁路运输管理系统的研究中,极少出现专门针对石化企业的,而论文特别对石化企业调车作业过程中解编和取送这两个重要的子系统建立了优化模型,进而得到整个作业计划优化模型,这是在过去的研究中很少出现的。由第五章实例的仿真结果可以看出,经过该模型优化后的调车计划比传统的作业计划解编和取送车时间有所提前,计划更加科学合理,一定程度上提高了编制的准确性,并有效提高了运输调度的效率,最终实现了课题的优化的目的。
[Abstract]:Railway transportation plays an extremely important role in human social life. It provides safe, rapid, accurate, convenient and economical transportation service for social logistics and commerce, which ensures the stability of people's life and the sustainable development of national economy. In China, there are mainly state-owned railways and enterprise railways, among which enterprise railways are an important part of the national transportation system, and their own railways undertake the task of transportation of main products and raw materials. It can be seen that the quality of an enterprise transportation management system directly affects the level of production efficiency. With the popularization of computer technology and information technology in recent years, informatization and automation have become the inevitable trend of enterprise development. However, looking at the present situation of petrochemical enterprises, it is not difficult to find that there are many problems in its transportation management system. Especially, the compilation of shunting plans still follows the traditional backward manual operation method, which not only consumes a lot of manpower and material resources, And the work efficiency is low, cause the production cannot carry on orderly, this is the problem that the enterprise urgently needs to solve at present. In view of the research situation at home and abroad in this field, as well as the existing problems and difficulties of railway transportation management system in petrochemical enterprises, the paper analyzes the characteristics of the enterprise itself and the complex workflow of transportation management. On the basis of the principle of shunting operation, the optimization research of shunting operation management is carried out, that is, the optimization of shunting operation plan. Firstly, the research background and significance of the project are analyzed, and the technical operation of the railway and the transportation of petrochemical enterprises are introduced and analyzed in detail. Then, according to the above information, the operation plan of shunting is optimized. A scientific and detailed mathematical model is established for the two subsystems of shunting plan unmarshalling and take-off. The mathematical model of the unmarshalling system includes: (1) the earliest disintegrating time of the shunting machine, (2) the time to be solved, (3) the beginning of the disintegration of the train, (4) the beginning of the train marshalling, (5) the beginning of the shunting machine at the latest, (6) complete departure time, (7) waiting time. The mathematical model of pick-up and delivery system is implemented in the form of dendritic special line arrangement. The model includes: (1) the determination of the number of times of pick-up and delivery, (2) the interval of pick-up and delivery time, (3) the waiting time of pick-up and delivery. Finally, the overall optimization model of the system is obtained, and the model is simulated and optimized by genetic algorithm which is suitable for all kinds of optimization problems. In the previous research of railway transportation management system in enterprises, there are few special ones aimed at petrochemical enterprises, but the optimization model of the two important subsystems in the process of shunting operation of petrochemical enterprises is established in this paper. Then the optimization model of the whole job plan is obtained, which is seldom seen in the past research. From the simulation results of the fifth chapter, it can be seen that the shunting plan optimized by the model is earlier than the traditional operation plan, and the plan is more scientific and reasonable, and improves the accuracy of compiling to a certain extent. The efficiency of transportation scheduling is improved effectively, and the purpose of optimization of the subject is finally realized.
