流通网络规划中信息管理机制建设研究

【摘要】：传统物流网络规划侧重选址和配送路径的最优化,该类型的研究没有考虑物流需求者的信息成本。市场经济中不完全信息的现实背景使得部分信息传递成本高的需求者通常不在初期的网络规划中,因此需要通过交易平台、政府等组织实现物流信息共享,从而扩大网络规划潜在的服务对象。而实时的需求信息处理技术可以规划出合理的动态配送路径,提升整个流通网络的运营效率,因此,在信息技术的支持下应该建立开放且动态的流通服务网络。
