一个物联网信息服务原型系统的设计和实现

【摘要】:为了推动EPC网络(物联网)的发展,国际标准组织EPCglobal确立了EPC(Electronic Product Code,电子产品编码)信息服务标准,符合该标准的EPCIS (EPC Information Services,EPC信息服务系统)在EPC网络中扮演了十分重要的角色,是物联网信息服务系统的核心。随着传感技术的快速发展,各种传感器和识读器等RFID(Radio Frequency Identification,无线射频识别)技术等在企业被广泛的应用。同时,参与到物联网中的企业也在增加,包括供应商、零售商、第三方物流多种类型的企业,每个企业构建的物联网通过EPCIS系统进行数据通信,然而,由于企业系统之间的差异较大,需要一个标准来实现数据的通信。就目前的物联网研究和开发现状而言,还没有一个物联网信息服务原型系统,可以对大量的、实时的事件报告进行处理,同时协作不同企业伙伴完成数据交互,这极大的阻碍了物联网技术在企业信息系统中的应用。 本文结合EPCglobal标准对EPCIS系统进行了深入的研究,并结合实际的应用场景,设计并实现了一个原型系统。该原型系统以商品供应商、零售商的业务模型为背景,提供了商品订购、销售数据管理和销售结果反馈的自动化服务,主要分为EPCIS系统、ONS系统和推送服务三个模块。EPCIS系统接收下层的ALE(Application Level Event,应用层事件)系统发送过来的事件报告并提供查询功能,目前可处理标准中定义的四种EPCIS事件,即ObjectEvent(对象事件)、AggregationEvent(聚合事件)、QuantityEvent(数量事件)和TransactionEvent(交易事件)。ONS系统作为整个信息服务系统的基础服务,主要用于查找EPC对应的EPCIS服务器地址;推送服务是该原型系统的创新点,其基于Web service标准,用有效的提升EPCIS系统之间的数据通信能力,通过对数据的实时推送来处理大量的标签信息。 本文所实现的物联网信息服务原型系统,完整的实现了EPCGlobal标准所定义的相关规范,同时结合企业的实际需求,很好展示了EPC网络在实际生产中的应用前景。同时基于WebService标准的推送服务,统一了不同的企业EPCIS系统间的数据通信的标准,降低了系统间的耦合性。测试结果表明推送服务显著提高了系统处理大数据的效率,对EPCIS系统的建设和性能优化具有重大的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the development of the EPC network (Internet of things), the International Standards Organization (EPCglobal) has established the EPC (Electronic Product Code, Electronic Product coding (EPC (Electronic Product Code,) information service standard, which conforms to the standard EPCIS (EPC Information Services, EPC information service system plays a very important role in EPC network and is the core of Internet of things information service system. With the rapid development of sensor technology, RFID (Radio Frequency Identification, radio frequency identification (RFID) technology, such as sensors and readers, has been widely used in enterprises. At the same time, the number of enterprises involved in the Internet of things is also increasing, including suppliers, retailers, third-party logistics enterprises of various types, each enterprise builds the Internet of things through the EPCIS system for data communication, however, Because of the big difference between enterprise systems, a standard is needed to realize data communication. As far as the current research and development status of the Internet of things is concerned, there is no prototype system of Internet of things information services, which can handle a large number of real-time event reports and cooperate with different enterprise partners to complete data interaction. This greatly hinders the application of Internet of things technology in enterprise information system. In this paper, the EPCIS system is deeply studied based on EPCglobal standard, and a prototype system is designed and implemented according to the practical application scene. The prototype system, based on the business model of the supplier and retailer, provides automated services for ordering, data management and feedback of sales results. It is mainly divided into EPCIS system. The ONS system and push Service three modules. The EPCIS system receives event reports from the lower-level ALE (Application Level Event, Application layer events (EPCIS) system and provides query functionality that currently handles the four EPCIS events defined in the standard. That is, ObjectEvent (object event), AggregationEvent (aggregation event), QuantityEvent (quantity event) and TransactionEvent (transaction event). ONS system), as the basic service of the whole information service system, are mainly used to find the corresponding EPCIS server address of EPC. Push service is the innovation of the prototype system, which is based on Web service standard. It can effectively improve the data communication ability between EPCIS systems, and process a large amount of label information through real-time push of data. The prototype system of Internet of things information service implemented in this paper fully implements the relevant specifications defined by the EPCGlobal standard. At the same time, combined with the actual requirements of the enterprise, the application prospect of EPC network in actual production is well displayed. At the same time, the push service based on WebService standard unifies the data communication standard among different enterprise EPCIS systems, and reduces the coupling between systems. The test results show that push service significantly improves the efficiency of processing big data and has great reference significance for the construction and performance optimization of EPCIS system.
