基于SLP的糖果车间生产线布局优化

【摘要】:本文以大型跨国企业箭牌糖类(上海)有限公司的压片车间为研究对象。该车间在过去5年平均每年产能扩张约30%,但作业空间受限,急需对生产布局进行优化。本文选用系统布局法(SLP:System Layout Planning)进行研究,并结合自身实例进行了具体的数据分析。本企业压片车间要实现SLP生产规划,需对车间的产品特点,生产工艺流程和布局,物流状况(P,Q,R,S,T)等所有基本要素逐一进行分析,研究和整理。本例中讨论了2种新的扩展车间空间的布局方式,第一种是传统的直接空间增加,对于生产设备按照流水线进行布局;第二种是基于数据和SLP的方法,进行理论计算之后,优化得出的布局方式。本文基于车间的P,Q,R,S,T和设备特性等基本要素,将各个作业单位的作业面积需求再计算,对车间可用面积进行再设计分配。在完成各个单位之间的作业相关性分析时,利用SLP方法的工具,例如物流路线、强度分析、物流从至表、作业相关性分析图等分析工具和方法。基于相关工作,设计出2种布局方案的初始模型,通过综合评价和修正,比较得出两者中的较优方案,并对企业生产实施改造。文中基于SLP的工厂设施布局涉及大规模、多产品、多机台,甚至是多层车间的布局优化,对于同类型的压片型车间生产布局优化具有一定的指导意义。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the tablet workshop of Arrow Sugar (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., a large multinational enterprise, as the research object. The plant has expanded capacity by an average of about 30 percent a year over the past five years, but space is limited and there is an urgent need to optimize production distribution. This paper chooses the system layout method (SLP:System Layout Planning) to carry on the research, and carries on the concrete data analysis with the own example. In order to realize the SLP production planning, the product characteristics, production process and layout, logistics status (P, Q, R, S, T) of the workshop should be analyzed, studied and sorted out one by one. In this example, two new layout methods of expanding workshop space are discussed. The first is the increase of traditional direct space, and the layout of production equipment is based on pipeline. The second is the method based on data and SLP, which optimizes the layout after theoretical calculation. Based on the basic factors such as P, Q, R, S, T and equipment characteristics of the workshop, this paper re-calculates the operation area requirement of each unit and redesigns the usable area of the workshop. In the process of analyzing the relationship between units, we use the tools of SLP method, such as logistics route, intensity analysis, logistics from to table, activity correlation analysis chart and other analysis tools and methods. Based on the related work, the initial models of two kinds of layout schemes are designed. Through comprehensive evaluation and correction, the better of them is obtained, and the enterprise production is reformed. In this paper, the layout optimization of plant facilities based on SLP involves large scale, multi-product, multi-platform and even multi-floor workshop, which is of guiding significance for the production layout optimization of the same type of laminate shop.
