物流企业车辆调度管理系统的研究与分析

【摘要】:目前信息技术在物流企业的应用主要集中在承运物品的物流管理,而配送车辆调度业务的信息化建设,其依然采用随机分配车辆、按序运送物品的模式,这种模式效率较低、成本较高。在这种背景下,许多物流企业开始引入车辆调度管理系统用于实现车辆调度业务的自动化处理,其已成为未来的发展趋势。 为了构建完善的分析方案,在整个过程中主要做了如下几方面的工作: (1)整个分析与过程采用了面向对象方法,以业务流程图、用例图以及包图的方式来完成研究与分析过程。 (2)分析了物流企业现有工作模式存在的缺陷,并针对缺陷提出了相应的优化方案,对相关业务进行了再造,在此基础上构建的车辆调度系统能提升配送效率,降低配送成本。 (3)分析了车辆调度管理系统的功能结构,其由托运管理、调度管理、托运任务分配、车辆业务统计、基础数据管理以及系统管理等六个模块组成。 (4)完成了车辆调度管理系统的数据分析过程,其对系统包含的实体、实体关系以及数据库表进行了介绍。 目前已完成了车辆调度管理系统的分析方案,这些都是未来实现系统的基础,本课题所提出的分析方案更能满足物流企业的配送需求。
[Abstract]:At present, the application of information technology in logistics enterprises mainly focuses on the logistics management of carrying goods, while the information construction of distribution vehicle dispatching business still adopts the mode of random distribution of vehicles and sequential transportation of goods, which is inefficient. The cost is higher. Under this background, many logistics enterprises begin to introduce vehicle scheduling management system to realize the automatic processing of vehicle scheduling service, which has become the development trend in the future. In order to construct a perfect analysis scheme, the following work has been done in the whole process: (1) the object-oriented method is adopted in the whole analysis and process, and the business flow chart is adopted in the whole analysis and process. Use case diagram and package diagram to complete the research and analysis process. (2) the defects of the existing working mode of logistics enterprises are analyzed, and the corresponding optimization scheme is put forward, and the related business is reconstructed. on this basis, the vehicle dispatching system can improve the distribution efficiency. Reduce the cost of distribution. (3) the functional structure of the vehicle dispatching management system is analyzed, which is composed of six modules: consignment management, dispatching management, consignment task allocation, vehicle business statistics, basic data management and system management. (4) the data analysis process of vehicle dispatching management system is completed, and the entity, entity relationship and database table contained in the system are introduced. At present, the analysis schemes of vehicle scheduling management system have been completed, which are the basis of realizing the system in the future. The analysis scheme proposed in this paper can better meet the distribution needs of logistics enterprises.
