富创公司物流绩效评价系统研究

【摘要】:对物流进行出色的管理能够有效率地减少企业的成本,良好地适应客户的需求,对于制造型企业,在强烈的竞争环境中取得竞争优势只依赖企业的制造能力是远远不够的,良好的物流运作已然成为企业取得优势的新方法。企业如果要想利用高效率的物流系统来获得竞争优势,就应该具备可以精确度量出物流绩效的评价系统,作为企业物流管理主要组成部分的企业物流绩效评价系统可以辅助企业发掘更深层次的物流能力,进而监督企业完善物流系统,改善物流的能力。本文基于对物流和绩效评价的有关理论分析和国内外绩效评价理论研究的现状分析,针对富创公司作为研究的对象,分析运用企业绩效评价的相关理论,从运输、仓储、装卸搬运、包装、物流信息和物流管理方面有针对性地为富创公司设计了物流绩效评价指标的体系,并结合层次分析法、模糊综合评价法和灰色关联分析法对富创公司进行物流绩效的评价,之后对评价结果进行分析,找出公司存在装卸搬运等设备的使用效率低下、仓容利用率低、信息设备投入不足等问题,依据此评价结果给出相关的改进意见,提出优化物流设备的使用、提高仓容利用率、搭建物流信息技术平台等建议,以提高该公司的物流绩效。
[Abstract]:Excellent management of logistics can effectively reduce the cost of enterprises and adapt to the needs of customers. For manufacturing enterprises, it is far from enough to obtain competitive advantage in a strong competitive environment. Good logistics operation has become a new way for enterprises to gain advantages. If enterprises want to use efficient logistics system to gain competitive advantage, they should have an evaluation system that can accurately measure logistics performance. As the main part of enterprise logistics management, enterprise logistics performance evaluation system can help enterprises to explore a deeper level of logistics capacity, and then supervise enterprises to improve the logistics system and improve the ability of logistics. Based on the theoretical analysis of logistics and performance evaluation and the analysis of the present situation of performance evaluation theory at home and abroad, this paper analyzes and applies the relevant theories of enterprise performance evaluation from transportation and warehousing to Fuchuang Company as the research object. The logistics performance evaluation index system is designed for Fuchuang Company in the aspects of loading and unloading handling, packaging, logistics information and logistics management, and combined with the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and grey relational analysis method are used to evaluate the logistics performance of Fuchuang Company, and then the evaluation results are analyzed, and it is found that the use efficiency of loading and unloading and handling equipment in the company is low, and the utilization rate of warehouse capacity is low. According to the evaluation results, this paper gives some suggestions on how to optimize the use of logistics equipment, improve the utilization rate of warehouse capacity and build a logistics information technology platform, so as to improve the logistics performance of the company.
