越南物流服务的瓶颈分析及对策研究

　　在国际交流日益频繁的背景下,越南已成为世界贸易组织(WTO)和跨太平洋伙伴关系(TPP)的成员。贸易行业迅速增长,带动了一些相关服务业,特别是物流业的发展。随着生产力的发展和世界科技革命的支撑,产品生产数量越来越多。而且,除了商品质量竞争或降低产品价格等传统竞争领域之外,制造商已经转向了库存管理竞争,货运速度,简化材料并降低运输成本。可以说,越南物流业在近几年来面临着巨大的挑战和发展机遇。根据世界银行2014年的数据表明,越南LPI之前为3.15,居世界排名第48位,但到2016年越南的物流绩效指数(LPI)降低为2.98,居世界第64位、东南亚第4位。由此可见,贸易行业快速发展后,国内物流服务跟不上此步伐。其中的原因来源于越南的政策,人力资源和物流服务的基础设施。本论文“越南物流服务的瓶颈分析及对策研究”从2016年9月至2017年12月进行了定性研究,结合深入调查提供了有助于越南的物流业开发潜力的短期和长期的解决方案。本研究的主要方法是对本行业报告,统计数据和相关文章的综合评估,从此提出对越南物流业的评价。另外还提出三个与当今越南物流业的发展有关的法律制度,人力资源和基础设施方面的...
