论我国风险管理的现状及对策

【摘要】：风险管理是一门新兴的交叉的边缘管理学科,使不希望发生的事件引起的负面后果最小化的管理过程。目前,我国已经形成了较为完整的风险管理理论体系,将组织整个生命期不同层面上的风险因素进行识别、衡量和评估分析,再制定风险管理规划,对风险因素提出处理方案和监控措施。但在风险管理的应用领域还存在一定的局限性,体现在:应用的深度和广度还不够、缺乏风险管理的专业人才、企业风险管理制度不完善和对潜在风险的评估和预警管理相对滞后。通过构建风险管理框架体系,搭建风险管理理论与实践应用的桥梁,建立三维企业风险管理框架,在企业的各个阶层采取"分阶段改进强化"的思路,先抓住"关键制胜要素",再对风险因素进行全面管理,建立风险评估体系,营造企业风险管理的文化氛围,努力以最小的成本达到最大的安全保障,实现企业目标。
[Abstract]:Risk management is an emerging interdisciplinary discipline of management, the management process to minimize the negative consequences of hope arises. At present, China has formed a relatively complete system of risk management theory, risk factors will organize the whole life period of different level of recognition, measurement and evaluation analysis, and then develop risk management planning, propose solutions and control measures of risk factors. But there are still some limitations in the field of application of risk management is reflected in: the depth and breadth of application is not enough, the lack of risk management professionals, enterprise risk management system is not perfect and assessment of potential risk and early warning management relative lag. By constructing the system of risk management framework, risk management and build a bridge between theory and practice, establish risk management framework for 3D enterprise, take "in all walks of enterprises First, we must grasp the key elements of winning, improve risk management, establish risk assessment system, create a cultural atmosphere of enterprise risk management, and strive to achieve maximum safety guarantee with minimum cost to achieve business goals.
