【摘要】：随着建筑行业竞争的加剧,总承包模式已经成为建筑企业的业务发展趋势,而需要指出的是总承包企业往往重视工程施工而忽略工程设计,导致设计变更、资源浪费甚至是重复建设,因此精细化管理在总承包模式下的建筑企业设计管理中的应用迫在眉睫。精细化管理理论已经是较为成熟的项目管理理论,但是在以往的文献研究中,鲜有将其应用于设计管理之中,因此本文尝试将精细化管理应用于工程总承包设计管理中,具有一定的应用价值和现实意义。本文对总承包模式下建筑企业项目设计管理的现状进行深入调研,收集资料,针对传统的设计企业的设计管理问题进行剖析,在此基础上提出精细化管理应用于总承包模式下建筑企业项目的设计管理当中,并提出了具体方法,进行了实例研究。本论文得到主要结论如下：1、对精细化管理的概念进行界定,并对精细化管理的原则和重点进行了总结,对总承包模式进行了介绍,同时介绍了总承包模式下的项目设计管理的概念及内容,在此基础上对一般化项目设计管理与精细化项目设计管理的异同,提出了总承包模式下的建筑企业一般项目管理向精细化项目管理过渡的必然性。2、对传统模式下建筑企业设计管理的现状、存在问题及成因及进行了分析,阐述了如何在建筑企业进行精细化管理,建立了建筑企业的精细化设计管理流程,并介绍精细化设计管理方法BIM技术。3、通过对广西华蓝公司某高校综合楼项目的精细化设计管理的实证研究来探讨精细化管理在建筑企业设计管理中应用的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the intensification of competition in the construction industry, the general contracting mode has become the business development trend of construction enterprises, and it should be pointed out that general contracting enterprises often attach importance to engineering construction and ignore engineering design, resulting in design changes. Because of the waste of resources and even repeated construction, the application of fine management in the design management of construction enterprises under the general contracting mode is urgent. The theory of fine management has become a more mature theory of project management. However, in the previous literature research, it is rarely applied to design management, so this paper tries to apply fine management to the general contract design management. It has certain application value and practical significance. This paper carries on the thorough investigation to the construction enterprise project design management under the general contracting mode, collects the data, carries on the analysis to the traditional design enterprise design management question. On this basis, the paper puts forward the application of fine management in the design management of construction enterprise project under the general contracting mode, and puts forward the concrete method, and carries on the case study. The main conclusion of this paper is as follows: 1. The concept of fine management is defined, the principles and key points of fine management are summarized, the general contracting mode is introduced, and the concept and content of project design management under general contract mode are introduced. On the basis of this, the similarities and differences between the general project design management and the refined project design management are put forward, and the inevitability of the transition from general project management to refined project management in general contracting mode is put forward. This paper analyzes the present situation, existing problems, causes and causes of design management of construction enterprises under the traditional mode, expounds how to carry out fine management in construction enterprises and establishes the fine design management flow of construction enterprises. The fine design management method BIM technology is also introduced. This paper discusses the effectiveness of the application of refined management in the design management of construction enterprises through the empirical study on the fine design management of a comprehensive building project in a university of Guangxi Hualan Company.
