HDLG公司海上风力发电项目进度控制研究

【摘要】：作为项目管理中的重要组成部分的项目进度管理,项目进度计划的好与坏直接影响到一个项目的成败。考虑到现实中的项目都存在着资源约束的,因此对于资源约束下的项目进度管理研究的意义重大。一般的企业项目对于工期具有很强的敏感性,在项目启动就期望尽快结束项目以创造价值,所以能否减少项目工期在解决资源约束项目进度问题时的实际意义也同样重要。在项目管理中,进度控制与成本控制质量控制是项目的三大控制目标,质量是本,成本是关键,而进度是中心。项目进度控制是一个动态和循环的过程,伴随着项目的进行。本论文在介绍进度管理理论的和方法的基础上,阐述了HDLG公司海上风电项目进度控制现状,对进度控制过程出现的问题进行了分析,提出了相应的进度控制改进方案,在新项目中运用而提高了项目的进度,为未来海上风电项目和其他国内同行业项目进度管理提供参考。
[Abstract]:As an important part of project schedule management, the good or bad of the project schedule has a direct impact on the success or failure of a project. Therefore, the research on project schedule management under resource constraints is of great significance. Generally, enterprise projects have a strong sensitivity to the duration of the project. In the beginning of the project, the project is expected to end as soon as possible to create value. Therefore, it is also important to reduce the project duration in solving the problem of resource constraint. In project management, schedule control and cost control quality control are the three major control objectives of the project. Quality is the key, cost is the key, and progress is the center. Progress control is a dynamic and circular process, accompanied by the progress of the project. This paper introduces the progress management theory and methods. This paper expounds the status quo of progress control of offshore wind power projects in HDLG Company, analyzes the problems in the process of progress control, and puts forward the corresponding improvement scheme of progress control. The application in the new project improves the progress of the project and provides a reference for future offshore wind power projects and other domestic projects of the same industry progress management.
