浙江省关于推进责任医生签约服务的实践探讨

【摘要】：本文结合国家及浙江省出台的全科医生签约服务相关政策,对浙江省推进责任医生签约服务的主要做法进行了汇总分析,包括试点先行、政府主导和各部门协调推进、落实配套政策、强化考核培训、加强信息化建设、提升基层医疗卫生机构服务能力及完善机制体制等。浙江省基层卫生网络直报系统数据显示,浙江省基层医疗卫生机构的签约人数稳步增长、就诊人次增加,基本公共卫生服务项目管理效果突出。但目前仍存在签约服务有待进一步宣传、医保等配套政策还需加大落实力度、基层医疗卫生机构服务能力有待提高等问题,进一步的工作也将围绕上述方面,继续做深做细做实责任医生签约服务。希望本文针对浙江省推进责任医生签约服务的实践探讨,可以为我国其他地区的责任医生签约服务工作开展提供参考。
[Abstract]:Combined with the relevant policies of general practitioner contract service issued by the state and Zhejiang Province, this paper makes a summary and analysis on the main methods of promoting responsible doctor contract service in Zhejiang Province, including pilot first. The government will lead and coordinate with various departments to implement supporting policies, strengthen assessment and training, and strengthen information construction. Improve the service capacity of primary medical and health institutions and improve the mechanism and system. The data of Zhejiang Province grass-roots health network direct reporting system data show that the number of basic medical and health institutions in Zhejiang Province has steadily increased the number of medical and health visits increased. The effect of basic public health service project management is outstanding. However, there are still contract services to be further publicized, medical insurance and other supporting policies still need to be strengthened to implement. The service capacity of primary medical and health institutions needs to be improved, and further work will focus on the above aspects. It is hoped that this paper will provide a reference for the service of responsible doctors in other regions of our country by discussing the practice of promoting the contract service of responsible doctors in Zhejiang Province.
