P6软件在C公司生产管理中的应用研究

【摘要】：随着近年来国内外轨道客车行业的飞速发展，C公司作为国内知名的轨道客车制造企业在面临巨大市场机遇的同时，现有国内外轨道客车市场多品种、小批量、制造周期短、质量要求高等跨地域项目的订单需求也给其生产管理工作带来了全新的挑战。通过大量的基础调研工作，我们发现在当前信息化广泛应用于各行各业的时代背景下，引进先进的信息化管理软件，可以有效优化制造型企业的生产计划和生产控制，改进企业原有的生产管理流程，重塑生产管理思想，，还可以使原有生产管理体系更趋于自动化、智能化、合理化和高效化，从而全面提高生产管理水平。本文首先阐述了生产管理的相关理念，并通过对多品种小批量混流生产模式的特点、约束条件及对策进行分析，映射出了C公司生产系统现存问题的改善难度。同时结合对ORACLE（甲骨文）公司旗下包涵现代生产管理知识体系的、具有高度灵活性和开放性的企业级项目管理软件P6主要功能的介绍，发现了P6软件在应对多品种小批量混流生产模式下应用的优势。其次，通过对C公司现有生产管理体系的研究，梳理出了C公司在多品种小批量混流生产模式下存在的生产管控平台缺失、生产工序间衔接不畅、缺乏计划报表及科学的分析手段、瓶颈资源无法得到高效合理利用导致无法满足项目生产需求等生产管理难题。针对C公司存在的生产管理难题，本文着重研究了如何充分利用P6软件的相关功能将P6软件应用于C公司的生产管理工作中。C公司通过应用P6软件，有效解决了C公司在以往生产管控过程中缺乏统一的信息化管理平台、多种小批量混流生产模式下生产进度时常受阻、“资源撞车”现象时有发生导致无法满足生产订单需求等诸多难点问题。本文对P6软件在C公司生产管理中的应用研究也为其他多品种小批量混流制造型企业引入先进信息化管理软件提供了参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the domestic and foreign orbital bus industry in recent years , as well as the great market opportunity , C Company has brought new challenges to the production management of the domestic and foreign rail passenger car market . Through a large number of basic research , we find that the production planning and production control of the manufacturing enterprise can be effectively optimized , the original production management process can be improved effectively , the original production management system can be improved more automatically , intelligent , rationalization and high efficiency , so that the production management level can be improved comprehensively . This paper first expounds the relevant ideas of production management , and analyzes the characteristics , constraints and countermeasures of the production model of multi - variety small batch mixed flow , and maps out the advantages of the existing problems of C company production system . Aiming at the problem of production management existing in company C , this paper focuses on how to make full use of the relevant functions of P6 software to apply P6 software to the production management of C company . In this paper , the application research of P6 software in C company ' s production management has also provided reference and reference for the introduction of advanced information management software for other small batch mixed - flow manufacturing enterprises .
