山东省中小学教师教育学分制管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：教育为立国之根本,教育为国家培养人才,关系到国家的兴盛与发展。为了给莘莘学子提供更高质量的教育,国家十分重视对教师教育的管理,明确提出要健全教师教育规范化、标准化管理体系。一直以来,山东省以学分制模式作为基础,对省内中小学的教师教育进行管理。随着信息化时代的到来,山东省决定建立一套中小学教师教育学分制管理系统来进一步深化教师教育的改革与发展,并且以此提高教师教育质量,培养更加专业化的教师团队。本系统的开发主要以山东省中小学实际情况为中心,结合了国内外类似系统的开发技术,确定了具体的开发方案。系统主要采用B／S架构进行开发,使用Java语言进行编程,将J2EE框架中Struts、Hibernate等先进的技术结合来搭建系统框架。并且使用MVC设计模式,对系统划分层次。在数据库设计方面,则选用关系型数据库SQL SERVER2012来进行系统数据的访问与各种更新操作,此数据库具有易用性、可伸缩性、性价比良好等诸多特点,符合本系统在易操作性、数据安全性以及开发成本方面的需求。山东省中小学教师教育学分制管理系统主要包括市级管理员、县级管理员、校级管理员三种用户,根据用户职能划分了培训组织管理、培训项目管理、教师学分管理、学籍管理四项业务功能。在培训组织管理中主要对培训计划、设置分班、报名等信息进行管理；在培训项目管理中对培训任务、组织课程、选择培训对象、培训项目详情等信息进行维护；在教师学分管理中可以进行教师学分的添加、修改、补录、统计查询以及学员个人成绩与学习情况的查询操作；学籍管理则主要包括学籍数据的录入、导入,培训教师的统计查询,学籍情况的查询以及学员个人信息的维护管理功能。山东省在使用此中小学教师教育学分制管理系统后,可以由市县校用户根据权限,开展教师培训项目,进行培训计划、任务的开启报名、分班、组织课程、录入教师学分等过程中信息的高效管理与及时处理。本系统的使用加强了市县校各级之间的联系,并且不断提高教师教育质量,为本省教师教育的改革与发展奠定了基础。

Meet the needs of the system in easy operation, data security and development costs. Shandong Province primary and secondary school teachers education credit system management system mainly includes municipal administrators, county administrators. There are three kinds of users: training organization management, training project management, teacher credit management and student status management. Set up separate classes, registration and other information management; In the training project management to the training task, organizes the course, selects the training object, the training project details and so on information carries on the maintenance; In the management of teachers' credits, teachers' credit can be added, modified, recorded, and the students' personal achievements and learning can be queried. On the other hand, the management of student status mainly includes the input, introduction and training of the statistical inquiry of the student status data. After using the credit management system of primary and secondary school teachers, we can carry out the teacher training project by the city and county school users according to their authority. Carry on the training plan, the task opens the registration, divides the class, organizes the curriculum, enters the teacher credit in the process and so on the information efficient management and the timely processing. The use of this system has strengthened the city county school each level connection. And improve the quality of teacher education, lay a foundation for the reform and development of teacher education.
