嘎纳时代广场工程项目进度管理研究

【摘要】：项目管理是结合了管理理论、项目管理实践、现代工程技术的一门新兴管理科学。它在几十年的发展过程中,不断的完善,逐渐的成熟,现在既能在工程施工全过程始终运用项目管理系统理念,又能在每个分部分项工程都能使用项目管理知识进行高效率的管理。项目管理在目前世界上工程施工实践中已被广泛的运用,取得了良好的经济和社会效益,具有节省造价、缩减工期、提升质量的重要作用。工程项目是建筑施工单位生存之本,尤其是世界经济一体化、建筑市场的竞争也日趋白热化的背景下,工程项目管理水平决定了项目成败,而项目管理水平很大程度上取决于进度管理水平。因此施工单位要想高效运行其工程项目,增加效益,就必须重视进度管理。论文首先概述了项目管理知识体系、项目进度管理的基础理论及方法。进度计划编制方法方面,介绍了WBS,Gantt图和网络计划法(计划评审技术和关键线路法);进度计划控制方法方面,介绍了Gantt图比较法、S形曲线法、挣值法,然后说明了嘎纳时代广场建筑工程项目的概况和施工运行管理情况。接着以本项目管理案例的进度管理作为重点进行研讨:(1)“项目进度计划的编制”章节展示了本项目的活动定义、活动排序、资源估算、活动持续时间估算、进度计划制定、关键工作和关键线路、计算工期过程;其间运用了项目管理WBS、用计算机项目进度管理软件,编制了Gantt图进度计划和双代号网络图进度计划,运用了关键线路法。(2)“项目进度计划控制”章节展示了本项目进度控制的特点、项目进度控制体系、项目进度的动态监测、项目进度检查、项目进度计划变更。运用了S型曲线比较法对前期土石方分部工程进行了进度检查,运用了挣值法对项目中期进度进展情况进行检查,运用双代号网络图分析了项目后期当前工作进度偏差对后续工作及总工期的影响,最后进行了进度计划的变更。论文分析研究嘎纳时代广场项目中的进度管理方法体系,以供本行业施工单位借鉴,使其提升进度管理水平,从而达到提高项目施工效率和企业运营效率的目的。
[Abstract]:Project management is a new management science which combines management theory, project management practice and modern engineering technology. Now the project management system concept can be used all the time in the whole process of engineering construction. The project management has been widely used in the construction practice in the world, and has achieved good economic and social benefits. Engineering projects are the basis of the survival of construction units, especially in the context of the integration of the world economy and the increasingly fierce competition in the construction market. The level of project management determines the success or failure of the project, and the level of project management depends to a large extent on the level of progress management. At first, the paper summarizes the knowledge system of project management, the basic theory and method of project schedule management, the method of schedule planning, and introduces WBS. Gantt diagram and network planning law (plan review technology and key line method); In the aspect of schedule control method, Gantt chart comparison method and earned value method are introduced. Then it explains the general situation of the construction project in Cannes Times Square and the situation of construction operation management. Then the paper focuses on the progress management of the project management case. The section "preparation of project progress plans" shows the definition of activities for this project. Activity ranking, resource estimation, activity duration estimation, progress planning, key work and key routes, calculation of duration process; In the meantime, the project management WBS is used, and the computer project schedule management software is used to compile the progress plan of Gantt diagram and double-code network diagram. The chapter "Project schedule control" shows the characteristics of the project schedule control, the project schedule control system, the dynamic monitoring of the project progress, and the project schedule inspection. The S curve comparison method is used to check the progress of the earth-rock branch works in the Prophase, and the earned value method is used to check the progress of the project in the medium term. The influence of the current work schedule deviation on the follow-up work and the total duration of the project is analyzed by using the double code network diagram. Finally, the progress plan is changed. The paper analyzes and studies the schedule management method system in the Cannes Times Square Project, in order to provide reference for the construction units in this industry, so as to improve the progress management level. In order to improve the project construction efficiency and enterprise operation efficiency.
