基于CAS理论的精益建设模型研究

【摘要】:研究目的:建筑业面临复杂多变的内外部环境,要求施工管理理论、管理方法和管理手段不断创新。本文基于CAS理论适应性核心思想,综合现有研究成果,提出精益建设理论模型,力图为提高建筑业的生产效率、运营质量提供理论依据和智力支持。研究结论:(1)遵循项目生命周期,施工管理各阶段都应适时采用精益管理经典技术;(2)坚持可持续发展理念,精益建设将建筑项目对经济、社会和环境负面影响降到最小;(3)汲取系统科学的开放系统和反馈思想,将环境信息和生产要素经系统转换、反馈和持续改进,实现7个"零"极限目标;(4)精益建设模型重构了具有适应性的精益建设复杂系统,从战略高度指导建筑项目实施精益管理;(5)本研究成果对建筑企业提高项目管理效益具有理论指导和借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Research objective: construction industry is faced with complex internal and external environment, which requires continuous innovation of construction management theory, management methods and management methods. Based on the core idea of adaptability of CAS theory, this paper synthesizes the existing research results. A theoretical model of lean construction is proposed to provide theoretical basis and intellectual support for improving the production efficiency and operation quality of the construction industry. Conclusion: 1) follow the project life cycle. The classical technology of lean management should be adopted in every stage of construction management. (2) adhere to the concept of sustainable development and lean construction to minimize the negative economic, social and environmental impacts of construction projects; (3) absorbing the open system and feedback ideas of system science, transforming environmental information and production factors through systematic transformation, feedback and continuous improvement, and realizing seven "zero" limit goals; The lean construction model reconstructs the adaptive lean construction complex system and guides the construction project to implement lean management from the strategic height. The research results have theoretical guidance and reference significance for construction enterprises to improve the efficiency of project management.
