多客户系统集成项目沟通管理研究

【摘要】:项目管理作为近现代社会发展起来的一门管理类分支学科,在项目实施过程中发挥着越来越重要的作用。而项目管理九大领域之一的沟通管理,贯穿于项目管理的整个过程,是项目管理的重要组成部分,沟通管理的成功与否直接关系到项目的成功与否。随着物联网技术、云技术的发展以及大数据时代的来临,多客户项目与系统集成项目将来会越来越多。项目沟通管理本来就是一门比较复杂的课题,而同时面对多个客户的系统集成项目的沟通管理就更加复杂更加难以掌握了,而这恰恰就是本文要研究的课题以及要解决的问题。本文将以项目管理及项目沟通管理的理论为基础,以分析多客户项目及系统集成项目的特点以及它们之间的关系入手,对多客户系统集成项目沟通管理过程中的难点进行了逐一的分析,并对这些难点的解决方案作了理论研究,并由此提出了干系人分析矩阵模型以及以项目过程的角度分析沟通方式的选择等一系列理论解决方法,最后通过案例分析的方式阐述了理论解决方法在实战项目中的成功运用。在案例项目中,首先对项目作了简介,然后分析了项目的特点、对项目干系人作了详细的分析,最后针对不同的干系人在项目中所扮的角色不同,详细阐述了所采用的不同沟通方式。文章最后对多客户系统集成项目提出经验总结、研究结论及下一步研究展望。
[Abstract]:As a branch of management discipline developed in modern society, project management plays a more and more important role in the process of project implementation. Communication management, one of the nine major fields of project management, runs through the whole process of project management. Communication management is an important part of project management. The success of communication management is directly related to the success of the project. With the development of Internet of things technology, cloud technology and the advent of big data era, There will be more and more multi-client projects and systems integration projects in the future. Project communication management is originally a more complex subject, while the communication management of system integration projects facing multiple customers is more complex and more difficult to master. And this is exactly the subject to be studied and the problems to be solved. Based on the theory of project management and project communication management, this paper will analyze the characteristics of multi-client projects and system integration projects and the relationship between them. The difficulties in the process of multi-client system integration project communication management are analyzed one by one, and the solutions to these difficulties are studied theoretically. A series of theoretical solutions, such as the matrix model of stakeholder analysis and the choice of communication methods from the perspective of project process, are put forward. Finally, the successful application of the theory solution in the actual combat project is expounded by the way of case analysis. In the case project, the project is first introduced, then the characteristics of the project are analyzed, and the stakeholders of the project are analyzed in detail. Finally, aiming at the different roles played by different stakeholders in the project, the different communication methods are elaborated in detail. Finally, the paper puts forward the experience summary, the research conclusion and the future research prospect of the multi-client system integration project.
