南南铝业汽车板和船用板项目效益评价和风险管理研究

【摘要】:本文以南南铝业汽车板和船用板项目建设为例,通过查阅相关文献资料,结合国内外铝加工的发展现状,运用项目管理的相关知识,分析了该项目工程的实施基础、经济效益、社会效益、环境效益,并对该项目在建设工作中可能存在的风险进行识别和分析,并初步探讨如何规避、转移和控制各种风险。本文主要有五个章节,第一章是有关项目背景和意义的研究,其中还涉及到该项目研究的内容和方法;第二章介绍南南铝业铝合金汽车板和船用板项目的概况;第三章对南南铝业铝合金汽车板和船用板项目进行财务分析和效益分析;第四章对南南铝业铝合金汽车板和船用板项目进行风险分析并提出防范对策;第五章概括项目研究的结论。通过研究和分析,得出以下结论:该项目符合国家产业政策,符合市场需求,并充分利用了企业的现有装备和技术优势,增加企业效益,项目建成后完善了公司的汽车板和船用板生产线,具有较强的竞争优势,项目建设经济可行,社会效益显著。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the South-South aluminum industry automobile plate and ship plate construction as an example, through consulting relevant literature, combining the development of aluminum processing at home and abroad, using the relevant knowledge of project management, analyzes the implementation basis and economic benefits of the project. Social benefits, environmental benefits, and possible risks in the construction of the project are identified and analyzed, and how to avoid, transfer and control various risks is discussed. The first chapter is the research on the background and significance of the project, which also involves the contents and methods of the project, the second chapter introduces the general situation of the South-South aluminum alloy automotive and marine panel projects. The third chapter is about the financial analysis and benefit analysis of the South-South aluminum alloy automobile plate and ship board project, the 4th chapter carries on the risk analysis to the South-South aluminum alloy automobile plate and the ship board project and puts forward the preventive countermeasure. Chapter 5th summarizes the conclusions of the project research. Through research and analysis, the following conclusions are drawn: the project conforms to the national industrial policy, meets the market demand, and makes full use of the existing equipment and technology advantages of the enterprise to increase the enterprise benefit. After the completion of the project, the company's automobile and marine plate production lines have been perfected, with strong competitive advantages, economic and feasible construction of the project, and remarkable social benefits.
