苏里格第六天然气处理厂建设项目进度控制研究

【摘要】：目前苏里格气田正处于经济高效开发阶段,诸多产能建设工程均在如火如荼展开,项目建设过程存在的质量控制、进度控制、成本控制、安全环保等问题是工程施工中需要严格把握的内容。本文首先介绍了进度控制原理,方法及进度计划的编制与实施等相关理论。接着阐述了“长庆油田苏里格第六天然气处理厂”工程项目进度控制准备,主要分析了项目概况,工作结构分解,项目组织机构设置与职能安排,以及进度控制制度设置。然后阐述了项目进度安排和进度计划的具体编制,同时详细描述了项目进度控制的动态监控,包括进度报告、偏差分析与纠偏措施。最后对项目进度控制的实施结果作了评价,总结了成功因素,也提出了建议和留待进一步解决的问题,以便更好地指导工程进度的实施,使其顺利达到预定目标,保证工期的按时完成。
[Abstract]:At present, Sulige gas field is in the stage of economic and efficient development, and many production capacity construction projects are in full swing. The quality control, progress control, cost control in the construction process of the project, Safety and environmental protection are the contents that need to be strictly grasped in engineering construction. This paper first introduces the principle of schedule control. Methods and related theories such as the compilation and implementation of schedule plan, etc. Then, the project schedule control preparation of "Sulige 6th Natural Gas treatment Plant in Changqing Oilfield" is expounded, and the general situation of the project is analyzed, and the work structure is decomposed. The setting of project organization and function, as well as the setting of schedule control system. Then, the detailed preparation of project schedule and schedule plan is expounded, and the dynamic monitoring of project progress control, including progress report, is described in detail. Finally, the results of project schedule control are evaluated, and the successful factors are summarized. Suggestions and problems to be solved are put forward in order to better guide the implementation of the project schedule. Make it to achieve the scheduled target smoothly, ensure the completion of the project on time.
