云铜锌业持续改进项目精益管理体系构建研究

【摘要】:在创新驱动发展的大背景下,作为传统产业的制造业要谋求发展,必然需要增强自身的竞争优势,竞争优势不仅来自于生产技术的创新,更来自于管理的创新。企业若要获得持续的创造能力,就需要发动全体员工的创新潜力,使得企业的创新步入全员创新的状态,这样创新才会真正地不断驱动企业发展。精益管理思想在日本丰田取得巨大成功后,就迅速被引入到各国,成为各国制造业所追求的生产模式。当今的中国制造业正处于“调结构促增长”的产业结构优化升级的大浪潮中,精益生产模式对于亟需调整经济发展方式的中国制造业仍然具有适用性。对传统的冶炼制造业企业来说,如何学习先进生产管理经验,如何将先进理论与生产实践相结合,如何让全体员工参与到生产流程的改造中并发挥创造性,如何做到生产流程的持续改进,成为使企业焕发新的生机的关键。云铜锌业在企业运营转型的过程中,提出以持续改进项目的形式进行生产流程的改造,以解决公司管理问题,提高投资回报率,扩大项目参与面,达到降本增效目的。本文对项目管理、精益生产、持续改进理论方法进行梳理,分析云铜锌业项目管理现状,根据目前企业项目管理存在的问题,构建了引入上述思想的一套持续改进项目精益管理体系,并投入生产实践,取得了较好的实施效果,最后提出的相关保障措施,使得精益管理体系的内容更加完整。期待这套持续改进项目管理体系在企业的实践中能够得到进一步改进与丰富,同时能为同行业企业的项目管理提供一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Under the background of innovation-driven development, the manufacturing industry, as a traditional industry, must enhance its competitive advantage, which is not only from the innovation of production technology, but also from the innovation of production technology. More from the innovation of management. If the enterprise wants to obtain the continuous creative ability, it needs to mobilize the innovation potential of all the employees, so that the innovation of the enterprise enters the state of all-staff innovation. Only in this way can innovation really drive the development of enterprises. After the great success of Toyota in Japan, lean management ideas were quickly introduced into various countries. Nowadays, the Chinese manufacturing industry is in the wave of optimizing and upgrading the industrial structure of "adjusting structure and promoting growth". The lean production mode is still applicable to the Chinese manufacturing industry, which needs to adjust the mode of economic development. For the traditional metallurgical manufacturing enterprises, how to learn advanced production management experience, how to combine advanced theory with production practice, How to let all the staff participate in the transformation of the production process and give full play to the creativity, how to achieve the continuous improvement of the production process, become the key to make the enterprise radiate new vitality. In order to solve the problems of company management, increase the rate of return on investment, expand the participation of the project, and achieve the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency, this paper puts forward the transformation of production process in the form of continuous improvement of project. The theory and method of continuous improvement are combed out, and the present situation of project management in Yun-Cu-Zn industry is analyzed. According to the existing problems of enterprise project management at present, a set of continuous improvement project lean management system is constructed and put into production practice. Has obtained the good implementation effect, finally proposed the correlation safeguard measure, causes the lean management system content to be more complete. Looks forward to this set of continuous improvement project management system can obtain the further improvement and the enrichment in the enterprise's practice, At the same time, it can provide some reference for the project management of the same industry enterprises.
