【摘要】：正 日前,由浙江省丽水市财政局委派的5位财务总监正式进驻该市公安大楼、检察院综合楼、法院综合楼等基建项目,今后他们将对受派项目基建资金使用、项目管理、物资采购等方面进行全程监督。丽水市从2001年开始向市直国资营运机构和国有企业委派财务总监。为进一步加强财政性投资项目资金管理,充分发挥财务总监委派制的成果,2005年丽水市财政局向市公安大楼、检察院综合楼、法院综合楼、国土大楼、财税大楼
[Abstract]:Just a few days ago, five finance directors appointed by the Lishui Municipal Finance Bureau of Zhejiang Province formally stationed in the city's public security building, procuratorate complex building, court complex building and other infrastructure projects. In the future, they will use and manage the capital construction funds of the assigned projects. From 2001, Lishui City has appointed the chief financial officer to the municipal direct state capital operation organizations and state-owned enterprises. In order to further strengthen the financial investment project fund management, In 2005, Lishui City Finance Bureau offered the public security building, the procuratorate complex building, the court complex building, the national territory building, the finance and taxation building.
