某国企新版票据印刷质量管理研究

【摘要】：质量管理在项目管理中发挥着极其重要的作用。研究质量管理规划,旨在更好地推动项目实施,以项目实践来验证和丰富质量管理理论和方法。本文选取某国企新版票据印刷项目作为案例,是因为票据印刷质量直接关系到印刷企业的时间与成本的投入。在进行项目质量管理规划时,既要考虑项目本身的实际情况,又要顾及特殊票据印刷项目对质量管理理论的应用。论文针对项目开展WBS分析、范围分析、质量计划编制及方案设计,并按以下五个步骤对项目质量管理进行规划。第一,项目范围管理。按照项目范围管理的一般性原则,进行项目范围管理,其中包括范围规划、范围定义、范围核实、范围变更等四大部分,保证项目在特定的资源、时间和预算范围内实现项目可交付物,以满足项目的要求。第二,项目质量策划。依据项目的实际情况,进行项目质量策划,致力于制定项目质量目标并规定必要的运行过程和相关资源,以实现质量目标。第三,项目质量保证。采用过程方法、质量评审和质量认证方法提高项目质量管理体系质量,确保最终交付物为高质量的产品和服务。第四,项目质量控制。应用科学的管理手段和方法,确保项目质量,以满足项目委托方提出的质量要求。第五,项目质量改进。根据委印方需求和生产经营的需要对现有的票据质量管理水平加以提高和改进,以满足委印方的要求。在质量管理过程中,我们充分将不同的质量管理理论和方法应用到新版票据印刷项目中,把项目目标作为基础,贯穿整个质量管理过程应用,对项目的开展具有实际的指导意义。
[Abstract]:Quality management plays an extremely important role in project management. The purpose of studying quality management planning is to promote the implementation of the project better and to test and enrich the theory and method of quality management with project practice. This paper selects a new state-owned enterprise bill printing project as a case, because the bill printing quality is directly related to the time and cost input of the printing enterprise. When carrying out the project quality management planning, we should consider the actual situation of the project itself. Using process, quality review and quality certification methods to improve the quality of the project quality management system to ensure that the final deliverables are of high quality products and services. 4th, Project quality control-Application of scientific management tools and methods to ensure project quality to meet the quality requirements of the project client. 5th, Project quality improvement. In the process of quality management, we fully apply different theories and methods of quality management to the new edition of bill printing project, taking the project objective as the foundation and running through the application of the whole quality management process.
