基于PDM的产品开发过程管理关键技术研究及应用

【摘要】：伴随着日益激烈的国际市场竞争,先进的企业管理技术从最初的库存管理、物料需求计划、制造资源计划,逐渐发展成为企业资源计划。在金融机具企业中,建立一个符合市场发展和企业发展前景的信息化管理平台是现阶段PDM(Product Data Management,产品数据管理)系统研究的方向。企业迫切地需求一个高效、成熟的产品数据管理系统,这对增强企业信息化服务能力,提升企业的核心竞争力有着不容小觑的作用。近几年来,具备开发条件的企业开始使用PDM系统作为产品开发管理软件,取得了良好的成效。本文针对面向金融机具产品开发过程中一些关键技术进行了深入研究,详细阐述了金融机具产品项目开发流程。针对客户的不同需求,对纸币清分机属性配置流程进行了概要分析。提出了一种基于粗糙集理论的纸币清分机配置规则的获取方法,实现了对决策系统的约简,使客户可以尽快熟悉相应的配置规则。配置结果验证了所提方法的可行性和有效行。以离散型制造企业的管理需求为背景,本文研究了PDM关键技术的特点和功能,利用Rational Rose建模软件进行功能建模,提出了一种基于UML的面向PDM产品项目开发过程的模型,为项目管理系统的设计提供了模型支持。本文以Microsoft公司的.NET为开发平台,B/S体系结构为基础,C#作为开发语言,采用SQL Server2012搭建后台数据库。结合金融机具企业的管理需求,完成了基于PDM项目管理系统的开发。本课题以辽宁聚龙金融设备股份有限公司为实际研究背景并得到该公司的相关支持。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce international market competition, advanced enterprise management technology has gradually developed from initial inventory management, material requirement planning, manufacturing resource planning to enterprise resource planning. It is the research direction of PDM(Product Data Management (Product data Management) system to establish an information management platform in line with the market development and the development prospect of enterprises. Enterprises urgently need an efficient and mature product data management system. This plays an important role in enhancing the information service ability of enterprises and enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises. In recent years, enterprises with development conditions have begun to use PDM system as product development and management software. In this paper, some key technologies in the process of product development for financial machines and tools are studied in depth, and the process of development of financial tools products is described in detail, which is aimed at the different needs of customers. This paper gives a brief analysis of the process of attribute configuration of paper currency sorter, presents a method of obtaining configuration rules of paper currency sorting machine based on rough set theory, and realizes the reduction of decision system. So that customers can be familiar with the corresponding configuration rules as soon as possible. The configuration results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method. Based on the management requirements of discrete manufacturing enterprises, this paper studies the characteristics and functions of the key technologies of PDM. Using Rational Rose modeling software for functional modeling, a model of PDM product project development process based on UML is proposed. This paper provides model support for the design of project management system. This paper takes .NET of Microsoft Company as the development platform and C # as the development language, and uses SQL Server2012 to build the backstage database. The development of project management system based on PDM is completed. The research background is Liaoning Julong Financial equipment Co., Ltd.
