中科启程公司车载多功能后视镜项目质量管理研究

【摘要】:近年来,我国汽车市场飞速发展,中国汽车市场产销量已跃居世界前列。2014年全国汽车产销分别为2372万辆和2349万辆,同比增长7.3%和6.9%,再创历史新高,继续保持世界第一。2015年我国汽车市场预计会维持平稳增长的态势。快速发展的汽车产业为汽车电子产品的应用提供了广阔的市场前景,中国汽车电子产品市场随着中国汽车产业的迅猛发展一起进入快速发展时期。据统计,,中国汽车电子产品市场规模从2007年的1216亿元增长到2012年的2672亿元,并预计到2015年突破4000亿元,三年复合增速15%。汽车电子产品市场竞争日趋激烈,消费者对汽车电子产品的质量要求也越来越高,但就目前国内汽车电子产品项目质量管理现状来看与发达国家还有明显差距。因质量问题导致顾客抱怨的案例时有发生,这势必会影响企业的长远发展。因此,对汽车电子产品项目质量管理研究是具有一定必要性的。 本篇论文是以中科启程公司车载多功能后视镜项目为案例,结合公司项目质量管理流程,将项目质量管理理论和质量管理工具与实践相融合,对项目质量管理全过程开展具体研究。 依据公司项目管理流程,把项目质量管理分为四个阶段:项目批准立项阶段、项目设计验证阶段、项目投产准备阶段、项目投产后审核阶段。 在项目批准立项阶段,对项目质量先期策划APQP做了十分详尽的阐述,明确了项目质量管理各阶段的工作,拟定了过程输入输出清单,定义了项目质量目标。 在项目设计验证阶段,以中科启程公司车载多功能后视镜项目的设计潜在失效和后果分析DFMEA为实例对汽车电子产品项目设计潜在失效和后果分析DFMEA做了细致的描述。 在项目投产准备阶段,确定了车载多功能后视镜项目生产准备主计划,对项目过程进行过程失效模式及后果分析PFMEA,对产品生产工艺进行质量策划和验证,合理配置工艺设备,优化控制,提高质量管理意识和水平,定义了产品和过程设计质量验证和确认方法。 在项目投产后审核阶段,明确了车载多功能后视镜项目持续改进的流程,定义了项目持续改进的方法,提出管理改善方案,对项目质量做出不断改进。 本文运用项目管理质量控制研究及方法,分析中科启程公司车载多功能后视镜项目质量控制成功与失误,总结车载多功能后视镜项目质量控制的经验,填补我公司在车载多功能后视镜项目质量控制方法方面的空白。

Due to quality problems caused by customer complaint cases have occurred, which will affect the long-term development of enterprises. Therefore, it is necessary to have some research on the quality management of automobile electronic products.
This paper is a case study of Zhongke departing company's multi-functional rearview mirror project. Combined with the company's project quality management process, the project quality management theory and quality management tools and practice are combined to carry out specific research on the whole process of project quality management.
According to the company's project management process, the project quality management is divided into four stages: project approval stage, project design verification phase, project preparation stage, and project commissioning phase.
In the phase of project approval, the project quality advanced plan APQP has been elaborated in detail. The work of all stages of the project quality management has been defined, and the process input and output list has been worked out, and the quality objectives of the project have been defined.
In the phase of project design verification, DFMEA, a potential failure and consequence analysis of automotive multi-function rearview mirror project, is described by DFMEA.
In the project preparation stage, the vehicle multifunctional rearview mirror for production project master plan, process failure mode and effects analysis of PFMEA on the project process, the production process of quality planning and verification, the rational allocation of process equipment, optimization control, improve the quality and level of management consciousness, defines the design quality of the product and process validation and the validation method.
After the commissioning phase of the project, the process of continuous improvement of the vehicle multi-function rearview mirror is defined, and the method of continuous improvement is defined. The management improvement plan is put forward, and the quality of the project is continuously improved.
In this paper, the use of project management and quality control research methods, analysis of the company for a vehicle multifunctional rearview mirror project quality control experience of success and failure, the mirror project quality control summary of vehicle multi function, to fill the gaps in the mirror after a vehicle multifunctional project our company process quality control aspects.
