【摘要】:企业管理离不开沟通,研发企业中的项目管理更是如此。当今社会全球化、信息化愈演愈烈,如何对研发团队的沟通进行管理,让团队更加高效地沟通,更加高效地创造价值,本论文依据项目管理工作实践,提出了一个有别于传统沟通管理理论的想法。本文研究了所在企业M项目研发团队沟通情况,本企业属于典型的研发企,研发技术比较先进,项目开发流程成熟。本文研究的实际项目团队为新产品开发团队,该团队是一个比较成功的团队,团队成员知识水平和研发能力较高,产品实际开发工作进展顺利,团队成员配合密切,沟通紧密,团队主要面对的沟通管理问题很难用传统沟通管理理论来解决,在团队成员沟通情况业已良好的情况下,如何进一步深度挖掘其中效率可以继续提升的地方,让整个团队更加高效地完成工作,是本文的一个特色。本文详细记录并分析了项目团队本地研发成员沟通情况,总结该项目苏州地区团队成员之间的沟通效率现状,并分析造成此现状的现实原因,以期有针对性地进行改善。本文根据团队成员的工作特点和沟通情况分析结果,运用数据分析技术理论,参考互联网和电子商务中已有的技术,提出在企业内部建立一个智能信息分享平台的解决方案,从理论上论述了其可行性,并描绘了系统框架图,提出了具体实现需求。有别于传统沟通管理理论的解决方法,在本文的解决方案中,电脑承担了更多的辅助功能。类似于计算机辅助设计(CAD)、计算机辅助制造(CAM),本文希望提出另外一个CAM,一个计算机辅助管理(Computer-Aided Management)的概念,本文认为类似的技术在电子商务行业已经成熟应用,将类似技术移植到企业管理中是可行的。技术本身不是问题,各行业的人,自己去了解新技术、理解新技术,把新的技术与自身的实际工作需要相结合,来提出自己的期望、想法,这可能是本论文研究思路的一个启发之处。
[Abstract]:Enterprise management can not be separated from communication, especially project management in R & D enterprises. Nowadays, with the globalization of society and the intensification of information, how to manage the communication of R & D teams so that the team can communicate more efficiently and create value more efficiently, Based on the practice of project management, this paper puts forward an idea that is different from the traditional communication management theory. This paper studies the communication situation of R & D team of M project in our company. This enterprise is a typical R & D enterprise with advanced R & D technology. The project development process is mature. The actual project team studied in this paper is a new product development team. The team is a relatively successful team. The team members have a high level of knowledge and R & D ability, and the actual product development is progressing smoothly. Team members cooperate closely, communicate closely, the communication management problem that the team faces is very difficult to solve with the traditional communication management theory, when the communication condition of the team member is already good, It is a feature of this paper that how to further explore the areas where the efficiency can continue to be improved, so that the whole team can complete the work more efficiently. This paper records and analyzes the communication among the local R & D members of the project team in detail. This paper summarizes the current communication efficiency among team members in Suzhou area of the project, and analyzes the practical reasons for the present situation, in order to improve the situation in a targeted way. This paper analyzes the results according to the working characteristics and communication situation of the team members. Based on the theory of data analysis technology and referring to the existing technologies in Internet and electronic commerce, this paper puts forward a solution to set up an intelligent information sharing platform in the enterprise, discusses its feasibility in theory, and describes the system frame diagram. Different from the traditional communication management theory, in the solution of this paper, Computer takes on more auxiliary functions. Similar to CAD, CAM, this paper wants to put forward the concept of another CAM, a computer-aided management (Computer-Aided Management). This paper holds that similar technologies have been mature and applied in the electronic commerce industry, and it is feasible to transplant similar technologies into enterprise management. Technology itself is not a problem. People in various industries are going to understand new technologies and understand new technologies themselves. Combining the new technology with its own practical work needs to put forward its own expectations and ideas, which may be an inspiration for the research ideas of this paper.
