面向ERP应用的风险评估模型研究与实现

【摘要】:信息技术在促使各国经济、科技和社会发展方面发挥着越来越重要的作用,也已经成为企业间竞争的重要手段和经济实力的重要标志。但,我国很多的企业信息化程度不高,特别是对于中小企业来说,没有庞大的资金支持、科学管理水平低下,风险防控能力较弱,他们急需要先进而科学的管理模式来优化现今的管理和经营水平。ERP技术及其相关的系统的研发能够在一定程度上满足企业科学管理的需求,其借助于优秀的管理思想、先进的管理技术,从而可以为企业提供辅助的经营决策的功能,为企业在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地提供科学技术的支持。本文的主要研究目的就是通过深入分析ERP项目执行过程中所面临的各种风险问题,研究传统ERP项目的风险评估模型无法科学有效的进行风险评估和预测的原因和弊端,利用SOA技术、云计算技术在解决各个应用系统分散孤立、无法进行有效的集成等方面的优势,提出了一种新型、智能的ERP风险评估云模型,并给出了模型的详细设计方案。同时,针对ERP项目管理过程中可能遇到的风险问题,提出在SOA和云计算架构模式上构建一种智能、有效的风险评估系统来对模型进行实现,详细设计了模型的各项构成元素和执行过程、指标体系的建立、实现算法等;提出了项目风险发生概率估算算法和ERP风险评估云生成算法,从而可以对企业ERP管理过程中的各项信息数据资源进行合理、科学和有效的管理和分配,完善ERP执行过程的风险防控功能;重点对云风险评估软件实现架构、云架构中的Saa S服务层、Paas服务层、Iaa S服务层进行详细的设计与实现;另外,本文还对云端风险评估数据集成与共享平台的构建模式、数据集成方式与交换过程进行了研究和实现,从而达到构建一种高效、智能化的ERP风险评估云系统的目的,使得管理者和决策者能够准确、全面和及时的掌握企业ERP项目执行过程中的各种风险问题,从而为整个系统的发展提供良好的决策依据的目的。最后,通过专门的测试软件,对所设计的基于SOA的ERP风险评估云系统进行运行调试和性能测试,并对所测试的结果进行分析,对系统的不足进行了改进。本文所设计的ERP风险评估云模型和基于SOA的风险评估云系统的服务功能集成架构,利用了当前流行的SOA技术、云计算等技术进行的设计,在理论研究和技术上都进行了创新,因此本课题的研究无论从实用角度还是技术角度都具有很强的实用价值。
[Abstract]:Information technology plays a more and more important role in promoting the economic, technological and social development of various countries, and has become an important means of competition among enterprises and an important symbol of economic strength. Especially for small and medium-sized enterprises, there is no huge financial support, the level of scientific management is low, and the ability of risk prevention and control is relatively weak. They urgently need advanced and scientific management mode to optimize the current management and management level. ERP technology and its related system research and development can meet the needs of scientific management of enterprises to a certain extent, with the help of excellent management ideas. Advanced management technology, so as to provide enterprises with the function of supporting business decisions, The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the various risk problems faced in the implementation of ERP project through in-depth analysis, the main purpose of this paper is to provide the support of science and technology for enterprises to be in an invincible position in the fierce market competition. This paper studies the causes and disadvantages of traditional ERP project risk assessment model which can not be scientifically and effectively evaluated and predicted. Using SOA technology, cloud computing technology is used to solve the scattered isolation of each application system. In this paper, a new and intelligent ERP risk assessment cloud model is proposed, and the detailed design scheme of the model is given. At the same time, the risk problems that may be encountered in the process of ERP project management are discussed. In this paper, an intelligent and effective risk assessment system based on SOA and cloud computing architecture is proposed to implement the model. The components and execution process of the model, the establishment of index system and the realization algorithm are designed in detail. The project risk probability estimation algorithm and the ERP risk assessment cloud generation algorithm are proposed, which can be used to manage and allocate the information and data resources reasonably, scientifically and effectively in the process of enterprise ERP management. Improve the risk prevention and control function of ERP execution process, focus on the implementation framework of cloud risk assessment software, and design and implement the Saa S service layer of Saa S service layer in the cloud architecture in detail. This paper also studies and implements the construction mode, data integration and exchange process of cloud risk assessment data integration and sharing platform, so as to achieve the purpose of constructing an efficient and intelligent ERP risk assessment cloud system. So that managers and decision makers can accurately, comprehensively and timely grasp all kinds of risk problems in the implementation of ERP projects in enterprises, so as to provide a good decision basis for the development of the whole system. Finally, through the special testing software, The ERP risk assessment cloud system based on SOA is tested and debugged, and the test results are analyzed. In this paper, the ERP risk assessment cloud model and the service function integration framework of the risk assessment cloud system based on SOA are designed, which make use of the current popular SOA technology, cloud computing technology design, etc. Both theoretical research and technical innovation have been carried out, so the research of this topic is of great practical value from both practical and technical perspectives.
