基于WEB的卫星工程项目综合管理决策支持系统的研究

【摘要】: 卫星工程项目是一个庞大的系统工程,具有周期长、耗资大、高技术、高风险、高可靠性、不可预见因素多以及经济效益和社会效益好等诸多特点。对其管理过程中不仅涉及大量信息的管理而且包括了许多决策支持。由于卫星工程项目的一次性,管理失误往往造成巨大的经济损失。因此,为了全面、高效、科学地进行项目管理和决策,以确保卫星的性能、费用、可靠性、进度和风险等达到计划要求,建立卫星工程项目综合管理系统就显得非常重要。 本文综合分析我国卫星工程项目管理的全过程,总结卫星工程项目管理的特点。着重对C/S和B/S二种管理模式进行了深入的研究,提出了一种基于WEB的新管理模式。并用于开发基于WEB的卫星工程项目综合管理系统(Web-based Satellite Project Integratedmanagement System,简称WSPIS)。然后针对我国卫星工程项目管理过程的实际情况,,提出了WSPIS系统的体系结构,经过系统分析,设计并实现了WSPIS系统。它不仅能够对卫星工程项目的大量信息进行有序、高效的计算机管理,而且具有费用分析、进度分析、指标分析、风险分析、效能分析等辅助决策支持功能。
[Abstract]:Satellite project is a huge project, with a long cycle, high cost, high technology, high risk, high reliability, many unforeseen factors, economic benefits and good social benefits and many other features. The management process not only involves a large number of information management but also many decision support. Due to the one-time satellite the project management mistakes often caused huge economic losses. Therefore, in order to make a comprehensive, efficient, scientific project management and decision making, to ensure satellite performance, reliability, cost, schedule and risk to the program requirements, it is very important to build up the satellite project integrated management system.
This paper analyzes the process of satellite project management, summarized the characteristics of satellite project management. Focusing on the C / S and B / S two management modes carried out in-depth research, put forward a new management model based on WEB. And for the development of WEB satellite project integrated management system based on (Web-based Satellite Project Integratedmanagement System, referred to as WSPIS). Then according to the actual situation of satellite project management process in our country, and proposes the architecture of WSPIS system, through the system analysis, design and implementation of WSPIS system. It can not only a large amount of information of satellite project orderly, efficient management of the computer, but also has the cost analysis, schedule analysis, index analysis, risk analysis, performance analysis and decision support function.
