泊江海输变电工程效益综合评价

【摘要】:随着我国经济的快速发展,对电力的需求和要求都越来越高。输变电工程为主要内容的电网建设将迎来更快更新的发展。因此,大力开展输变电工程项目经济效益评价将尤为重要。在此背景条件下,研究输变电工程建设项目的经济效益评价问题,对增强我国输变电工程类似项目的管理水平有着重要的实际意义。本文以泊江海输变电工程项目为背景,研究输变电工程项目综合效益评价。首先介绍了选题背景以及意义,通过相关文献的查阅,系统分析了国内外项目综合评价的研究现状,其次,对相关综合评价理论方法进行介绍,结合输变电工程的特点以及效益评价的特点,选取层次分析法和模糊综合评价方法对该工程项目进行综合效益评价;再次,介绍了输变电工程建设规模并分析了工程建设的特点,然后从技术效益、经济效益、社会效益、节能降耗四个方面对该项目进行分析研究,并以此为基础构建该项目综合评价指标体系;最后,运用层次分析法计算各个指标的权重,根据选取的模糊综合评价方法对输变电工程效益进行综合评价,得出评价评价结果为良好,基于结果分析,反映了泊江海输变电工程项目的可行性,并且具有良好的经济效益,同时符合节能降耗的要求。本课题研究成果对电力工程项目的决策以及对推广电力工程项目提供了科学的依据,同时也对相应的电力工程项目的综合效益评价具有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy in our country, the demand and demand for electric power are becoming higher and higher. The power grid construction, which is the main content of transmission and transformation project, will meet the development of faster renewal. It will be very important to carry out the economic benefit evaluation of transmission and transformation project. Under this background, the economic benefit evaluation of transmission and transformation project is studied. It is of great practical significance to strengthen the management level of similar projects of transmission and transformation projects in China. This paper studies the comprehensive benefit evaluation of transmission and transformation projects based on the project of Pojianghai transmission and transformation projects. Firstly, the background and significance of the topics are introduced. Through the reference of relevant documents, this paper systematically analyzes the research status of comprehensive evaluation of projects at home and abroad. Secondly, it introduces the theory and method of related comprehensive evaluation, and combines the characteristics of transmission and transformation projects and the characteristics of benefit evaluation. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are selected to evaluate the comprehensive benefit of the project. Thirdly, the paper introduces the scale of transmission and transformation project construction and analyzes the characteristics of the project construction, and then from the technical benefits, economic benefits, social benefits, Four aspects of energy saving and consumption reduction are analyzed and studied, and based on this, the comprehensive evaluation index system of the project is constructed. Finally, the weight of each index is calculated by using the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). According to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method selected, the comprehensive evaluation of transmission and transformation project benefit is obtained, and the evaluation result is good. Based on the analysis of the result, it reflects the feasibility of the power transmission and transformation project in Pojianghai, and has good economic benefit. At the same time, it meets the requirements of saving energy and reducing consumption. The research results of this paper provide a scientific basis for the decision-making of power engineering projects and the promotion of power engineering projects. At the same time, it has certain reference significance to the comprehensive benefit evaluation of the corresponding electric power engineering project.
