济宁市旅游局旅游产业项目动态管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】:旅游强市的建设,离不开旅游项目的开发和打造,济宁市旅游业的发展推动了旅游经济的活跃,旅游业和旅游产品的品牌打造,能过形成吸引消费者的旅游资源,通过旅游者消费,带动旅游经济的进一步发展,旅游业和旅游经济之间呈现良好互动。旅游业的发展带动了以旅游为主的旅游产业的发展,促进了人们的休闲消费意识,重新分配社会资源,通过开发一批重要的、新型的旅游项目,把旅游建立在高层次、高消费的基础上,通过旅游项目的建设,为山东省旅游大省作为经济发展的重大突破口,不断创新旅游产品,改革旅游产业,发展旅游模式,加强山东省在全国的旅游中心地位。济宁市旅游局旅游产业项目动态管理系统的设计采用基于B/S架构的UML建模方式,快速架构了项目管理各个功能模块,并保证了各功能模块功能上的独立性和良好的扩展性,通过JSP技术和J2EE框架实现人机互动界面。系统的开发建立在对旅游产业项目动态监管工作需求分析的基础上,通过类图视图化描述项目管理不同模块的类关系,通过时序图可视化地动态描述项目管理作业的先后顺序。对重要的数据库概念模型的建立进行描述,重要的功能界面实现进行阐述,对系统的应用效果进行测试,基本满足时间需求、功能可靠需求和功能扩展需求。济宁市旅游局旅游产业项目动态管理系统为提高济宁市旅游项目在线信息化监管,加强自动化办公效率,提高旅游业的动态发展具有一定的推动作用,重点实现了重大建设项目管理、招商引资项目管理、旅游项目信息查询、旅游项目信息汇总等模块功能。该系统是一款网络化项目管理系统,通过对项目基本信息、每月进度信息和资金信息、项目实施问题、质量监管信息的采集、整理和整合,形成一个全面的综合信息源,通过系统的信息互动平台,实现对项目实时跟踪调度和信息反馈,从而有助于及时协调解决项目建设中存在的矛盾和问题。数据报送功能主要实现项目简介信息、项目基本信息、月报信息等信息的快速上报,以及上级领导临时布置的急需数据信息的快速上报。综合汇总分析功能主要实现以灵活及自定义方式对项目筹建情况进行汇总分析,如按项目类型、按所在区域、按联系领导等多种方式对项目进行汇总分析及对比,对汇总结果提供多表格展示、图形展示及数据导出功能。综合查询功能主要实现对项目进度信息进行快速检索查询,并对查询结果提供按项目总体情况、按项目整体进度、按各类型项目、按各区域进度分类综合展示和统计,同时,能根据需要形成各种上报表格。
