基于BIM的工程项目管理流程与虚拟施工技术应用研究

【摘要】:随着建筑的技术含量的不断提高,建筑施工工艺日益复杂,传统的建筑项目管理方式、施工管理方式已然难以适应当前的建筑项目管理以及施工管理。BIM技术的出现,在建筑领域项目管理、施工管理方面初步显现效果,起到了有效控制项目进度、减少工程延期风险、节约施工时间,在项目管理流程简化、施工进度管理以及施工成本控制方面产生了巨大的经济效益和社会效益。本文以工程项目管理流程、施工管理为研究对象,结合BM技术及传统的项目管理、施工管理模式,重点研究了BIM技术在工程项目管理流程的控制以及施工管理方面的应用。首先对当前建筑行业施工技术国内外现状以及存在的问题进行了深入的剖析,产生了BM技术应用的优势及其意义,通过将BIM技术引入项目管理流程以及施工管理,进行了3D模型、4D模型的构建,进行了项目管理流程的编制以及虚拟施工过程的模拟,同时给出了具体的实施步骤。最后以南京某工程项目应用BIM相关技术为例进行了说明。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of the technology content of the building, the construction technology is becoming more and more complicated. The traditional construction project management mode and the construction management mode have been difficult to adapt to the current construction project management and the emergence of the construction management. BIM technology. In the field of construction project management, construction management has shown initial results, played an effective control of the project progress, reduce the risk of project delay, save construction time, in the project management process simplification, Construction schedule management and construction cost control have produced great economic and social benefits. This paper takes the project management process, construction management as the research object, combines BM technology and traditional project management, construction management mode, The application of BIM technology in the engineering project management process control and construction management is mainly studied. Firstly, the status quo and existing problems of construction technology at home and abroad in the construction industry are deeply analyzed. The advantages and significance of BM technology application are generated. By introducing BIM technology into the project management process and construction management, the 3D model 4D model is constructed, the project management process is compiled and the virtual construction process is simulated. At the same time, the concrete implementation steps are given. Finally, the application of BIM technology to a project in Nanjing is illustrated as an example.
