一种支持离线办公的查新项目管理系统构建

【摘要】：分析现有查新管理系统的现状,指出目前的查新管理系统既不能很好地支持离线办公,也没有对查新文档进行加密,并给出一种新的基于VBA的查新管理系统设计方案。
[Abstract]:By analyzing the current situation of the existing novelty retrieval management system, it is pointed out that the current novelty search management system can neither support off-line office well nor encrypt novelty document, and give a new design scheme of novelty retrieval management system based on VBA.
