【摘要】：本文以拟建的A公司塑料编织袋生产线项目为例,在大量文献基础上,采用对比分析以及总结归纳等方法,结合目前国内关于编织袋产业发展的相关报道及发展趋势,通过使用运用项目管理相关知识,对计划开创的编织袋企业的经济效益、潜在风险等诸多方面开展研究分析,根据分析总结并提出相应对策建议,以期所研究项目可以取得非常好的经济以及社会效益。本文构架为七章,第一章对本论文的研究背景以及目的意义,和相关采取的研究方法及主要内容进行了介绍；第二章相关理论综述；第三章主要阐述编织袋包装业必要性及发展前景；第四章介绍A公司塑料编织袋生产线项目概况；第五章是对A公司塑料编织袋生产线项目进行项目估算；第六章是对A公司塑料编织袋生产线项目经济效益分析；第七章是概括文章研究的结论。经过分析研究,本文得出以下结论：该项目的建设符合经济社会发展的整体大趋势以及我国在产业发展方面的规划,该项目的风险较小,值得注意的是风险可控；此外,本文针对项目效益的提高,市场、环境风险的减小或避免等提出了一些参考性建议。
[Abstract]:Taking the project of plastic woven bag production line of company A as an example, based on a large number of literatures, this paper adopts the methods of comparative analysis and summary, combined with the related reports and development trends of the development of knitting bag industry in China at present. By using the relevant knowledge of project management, this paper studies and analyzes the economic benefits, potential risks and other aspects of the planned weaving bag enterprises, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the analysis and summary. In order to achieve very good economic and social benefits, this paper is structured into seven chapters. The first chapter introduces the research background, purpose and significance of this paper, and the relevant research methods and main contents; The second chapter is a summary of relevant theories, the third chapter mainly expounds the necessity and development prospect of woven bag packaging industry, the 4th chapter introduces the general situation of plastic woven bag production line of company A; Chapter 5th is to estimate the project of plastic woven bag production line of company A; chapter 6th is to analyze the economic benefits of the production line of plastic woven bag of company A; chapter 7th is the conclusion of the article. This paper draws the following conclusions: the construction of the project accords with the overall trend of economic and social development and the planning of industrial development in our country. The risk of the project is relatively small, and the risk should be controlled. In this paper, some suggestions are put forward for the improvement of project benefit, the reduction or avoidance of environmental risk and so on.
