城市照明信息系统开发项目管理研究

【摘要】：城市照明管理是城市管理的重要内容,直接关系着市民的出行安全及城市庄重和谐的夜间环境,对管理水平要求较高,特别是管理过程中的科学性、严谨性。在多年的实践后,人们在城市照明管理过程中发现通过信息化手段管理,更为科学、合理、有效。目前全国多个城市建立了信息系统,在提高管理水平方面效果明显。本文的研究对象即为城市照明信息系统开发项目,通过对这一问题的研究,从以下几个方面为项目的管理手段和方法提出了一些建议,首先,就项目进度管理来说,利用PERT法来找寻出进度关键节点的预期时间,再利用关键路径,甘特图等模型来修正项目进度,使其与预期进度相符；其次,在质量管理方面,从组织结构、需求管理及配置管理三个过程入手,为该项目建立了质量管理体系,应用软件过程成熟度模型来进行项目的改进研究,提出具体方案和措施；第三,就项目的风险管理来说,利用全生命周期法分阶段对项目进行风险评估,并深入研究风险评价的指标体系,为应对相应的风险提出解决方案。城市照明在市政基础设施中占据重要地位,本文研究提出的建议可以有效的应用于实践,也有助于其他行业借鉴,另外本文研究方向也试图为国内IT项目管理创造出一些参考价值,有着一定的现实意义。
[Abstract]:Urban lighting management is an important content of urban management. It is directly related to the safety of citizens and the solemn and harmonious night environment of the city. It requires higher management level, especially the scientific and rigorous management process. After many years of practice, In the process of urban lighting management, people find that it is more scientific, reasonable and effective to manage by means of information. At present, many cities throughout the country have established information systems. The research object of this paper is the development project of urban lighting information system. Through the research of this problem, some suggestions are put forward for the project management methods and methods from the following aspects: first of all, As far as project schedule management is concerned, PERT method is used to find out the expected time of the key node of progress, and then the critical path, Gantt chart and other models are used to modify the progress of the project to make it accord with the expected progress. Secondly, in the aspect of quality management, Starting with the three processes of organizational structure, requirement management and configuration management, this paper establishes a quality management system for the project, applies the software process maturity model to study the improvement of the project, and puts forward specific plans and measures. In the case of project risk management, the risk assessment of the project is carried out in stages using the life-cycle method, and the indicator system of risk evaluation is studied in depth. In order to deal with the corresponding risks, urban lighting plays an important role in the municipal infrastructure. The suggestions in this paper can be effectively applied to practice, but also helpful for other industries to use for reference. In addition, the research direction of this paper also attempts to create some reference value for domestic IT project management, which has certain practical significance.
