【摘要】：随着信息技术的日新月异,信息化在企业中所发挥的功能性作用越来越明显,越来越多的企业抓紧开展信息化体系建设。建筑施工企业也不例外,均迫切需求通过增强信息化体系建设,提高企业自身的管理水平及工作效率。建筑施工企业信息化管理相关工作,也已经成为建筑施工企业的发展任务与目标。信息化技术为建筑施工企业信息化建设与管理奠定了坚实的软硬件基础。但建筑施工企业信息化建设绝非仅仅是利用软硬件设施改变原有管理模式,而应该从根本上解决信息化体制机制问题。最终实现以信息化管理为手段,以企业重组为目的得全新经营模式与管理体制。本文通过对建筑施工企业信息化体系的发展历程及存在的问题进行分析,列出建筑施工信息化管理发展的发展战略问题、发展环境问题、资金管理问题、项目管理问题及运维管理问题。并对建筑施工企业信息化管理组织结构及流程结构进行了深入分析与论证。最后通过信息系统开发的业务流程重组方法,构建出适用于建筑施工企业信息化管理的模式,并详细的分析描述了模式中的三个结构、四个层级、五个发展阶段及六项评价指标,建成了建筑施工企业信息化管理集成体系模型与评价标准模型。该文通过对建筑施工企业信息化管理的研究,为其后续工作提供了一定的借鉴作用,为建筑施工企业信息化管理的顺利实施,提供了较好的理论基础保障。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, the function of informatization in enterprises is becoming more and more obvious. More and more enterprises pay close attention to the construction of information system. Construction enterprises are no exception. It is urgent to improve the management level and work efficiency of enterprises by strengthening the construction of information system. Information technology has laid a solid foundation of software and hardware for the construction enterprise information construction and management. But the construction enterprise information construction is not just profit. Using hardware and software facilities to change the original management mode, Instead, we should fundamentally solve the problem of information system and mechanism. Finally, we should adopt information management as a means. Based on the analysis of the development course and the existing problems of the information system of the construction enterprises, this paper lists the development strategy problems of the development of the information management of the construction construction. Development environmental issues, financial management issues, The problems of project management and operation and maintenance management are discussed. The organizational structure and process structure of information management in construction enterprises are analyzed and demonstrated. Finally, the method of business process reengineering is developed through information system. A model suitable for information management of construction enterprises is constructed, and the three structures, four levels, five stages of development and six evaluation indexes in the model are analyzed and described in detail. The integrated system model and evaluation standard model of information management for construction enterprises have been built. Through the research on information management of construction enterprises, this paper provides a certain reference for its follow-up work. It provides a good theoretical basis for the successful implementation of information management in construction enterprises.
