基于现状探讨专利指标在医学科技评价的影响

【摘要】：科技评价用于认识科技活动所产生的效果和影响,对科技创新有激励作用,而加快知识产权建设是推动创新驱动发展战略的重要措施。本研究采用理论研究与实例分析相结合,通过分析全国最佳医院中排名前十医院近五年的国内专利申请情况,对知识产权制度与科技评价进行关联分析,并以某高校附属医院专利的管理现状,讨论专利指标在医学类的职称晋升、项目管理、科技奖励申报等科技评价中的影响,探索科技创新环境下适合医学类的评价方式,助推国家的科技创新发展。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of science and technology is used to understand the effect and influence of scientific and technological activities, which can stimulate scientific and technological innovation, and accelerating the construction of intellectual property rights is an important measure to promote innovation-driven development strategy. By analyzing the domestic patent applications of the top 10 hospitals in the country in the past five years, this paper analyzes the relationship between the intellectual property system and the evaluation of science and technology, and takes the current situation of patent management in the affiliated hospitals of a university as an example. This paper discusses the influence of patent index on the evaluation of science and technology, such as the promotion of professional title, project management, and application of scientific and technological awards, and explores the evaluation methods suitable for medical science under the environment of scientific and technological innovation, and promotes the development of science and technology innovation in the country.
