水利工程项目经理所需能力素质研究

【摘要】：水利工程项目是中国最早开始施行项目管理模式的工程领域,其中项目经理的核心地位发挥是主要特点之一,优秀的项目经理能有力保障项目目标的顺利实现。那如何选拔优秀的项目经理,项目经理必须具备哪些能力素质成了国内外众多研究者关注的问题。本文对国内某市水利工程建设管理中心所管理的项目进行了实地访谈和问卷调研,调研对象包括建管中心、项目参建方和上级主管等。基于文献调研和实地调研的数据分析表明:水利工程项目经理所需能力素质分为知识背景、管理能力和个人素质三个方面,其中管理能力最重要,而个人素质重要于知识背景。
[Abstract]:Water conservancy project is one of the earliest engineering fields in which the project management mode is first introduced . The core status of the project manager is one of the main characteristics , and the excellent project manager can guarantee the smooth realization of the project objectives . The research object includes the construction management center , the project participating party and the superior supervisor . The research object includes the construction management center , the project participant and the superior supervisor . The research object includes three aspects of knowledge background , management ability and personal quality . The management ability is the most important , and the personal quality is important to the knowledge background .
