昆明市学前教育管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：近年来随着人们生活水平的提高,各位家长对幼儿的教育也越来越重视。教育局和幼儿园也不断的加强学前教育机构信息管理的力度。昆明市也不例外,昆明市为加强幼儿、教师、幼儿园机构、培训项目等信息的管理采取一系列的措施,但是这些措施也只能是建立在原始的管理方式上。原始的管理方式存在着弊端,如数据的安全性得不到保证、数据检索速度较慢、工作效率低等。为加快昆明市学前教育的管理工作的效率、提高数据共享、方便幼儿园用户和教育局用户的沟通,设计与实现昆明市学前教育管理系统已经成为必然。通过分析国外成熟的学前教育管理系统以及国内类似系统。确定该系统使用的技术架构是B/S架构,使用面向对象的java编程语言,运用J2EE平台和struts、 hibernate、spring的框架技术进行设计,采用的开发模式是MVC模式。通过SQL SERVER 2012对数据库进行设计。昆明市学前教育管理系统分为幼儿园用户和教育局用户。教育局用户中的主要功能包括数据管理、项目管理、查询统计和系统管理。幼儿园用户的主要业务是机构管理、教职工管理、幼儿管理、数据校验上报。数据管理包括数据审核和数据校验上报。项目管理包括项目填报、项目信息表审核上报、项目审核。查询统计中包括基本信息查询和基本信息统计。系统管理包括幼儿园机构维护、教育局机构维护、机构数据参数设置、项目数据参数设置、填报项目权限分配、角色管理、用户管理。机构管理包括机构信息维护、办学条件维护、建筑信息维护、经费收入维护、经费支出维护、收费标准维护。教职工管理包括教师信息维护、培训经费维护、培训项目维护、培训记录维护。幼儿管理主要是班级信息维护、幼儿信息维护、资助信息维护。数据校验上报管理包括数据校验和数据上报。昆明市学前教育管理系统的运行将提高教育局和幼儿园机构工作人员的工作效率,增加机构之间的沟通,节约大量的人力物力；将会实现幼儿、教师、幼儿园机构、资助、培训等信息以及项目整个流程的综合管理；还将会方便教育局统计范围内的幼儿园机构的发展情况,为学前教育的发展奠定了基础。

The system management includes kindergarten institution maintenance, education bureau organization maintenance, agency data parameter setting, project data parameter setting, project data parameter setting. Power distribution, role management, user management. Organization management includes information maintenance of the organization, maintenance of school conditions, maintenance of building information, maintenance of financial revenue, maintenance of expenditure, Management of teaching staff includes maintenance of teacher information, maintenance of training funds, maintenance of training items, maintenance of training records. The operation of Kunming preschool education management system will improve the working efficiency of the staff of the education bureau and the kindergarten organization, and increase the communication between the institutions. It will save a lot of manpower and material resources; it will realize the integrated management of preschool children, teachers, kindergarten institutions, financial aid, training and the whole process of the project; it will also facilitate the development of kindergarten institutions within the scope of statistics of the Bureau of Education.
